My mother clicks my best swimsuit pictures and that’s hence proved. 😬 Yes, swimsuit! 🩱
Year end Goa plans had to be cancelled so I used the swimsuit to create new year eve party outfits instead.

Wafer- the golden ball of sunshine❤️ (13.3.2015 - 7.1.2025)
.
You’ll always be the favourite child of the house. We’ll always love you more than anyone else we’ve ever loved and more than your baby brain could comprehend. You’ll always be the most important to me.
And while it still feels like a bad dream that’ll break any moment that you decide to come in to my room and stomp your paw on my bed to wake me up, like you have every single morning, at 8 A.M. sharp, I hope you are at peace, healthy, happy and running and jumping around across the rainbow bridge!
If what they say about soul reincarnations is true, I pray you will come back to us… in this lifetime, and in the next and in the next and in every universe, there is you with me, with us. ❤️
Come back as soon as you can. Because you know we aren’t done just yet! I’ll be waiting✨ by @shreya_smita_b

Cleansing mistakes that are doing more harm to your skin than good.

No matter how many actives you’re incorporating, or how much you’re investing, your skincare routine is going to be ineffective unless your skin barrier is healthy. Avoid these common mistakes while cleansing your skin to improve your skin barrier.

Things to keep in mind while choosing the right facial cleanser for your skin:
• has a gentle formula.
• has ingredients to suit your skin type and skin concerns.
• is free of fragrances, dyes and other irritants.
• is hypoallergenic and non comedigenic.

I recommend the Refreshing Facial Wash from @simpleskincareindia which checks all the boxes! It is soap-free, has a gentle formula, and is free of fragrances, dyes, and other harsh chemicals.

Spot the red flag! by @shreya_smita_b

#Ad Moved to Kolkata for my residency and somehow ended up collecting a whole new adda along the way. 😂❤️

Because every doctor friend group has one who knows the duty roster, one who knows all the gossip, one who brings the drama… and one who definitely needs coffee before conversation. ☕️😂
Kolkata gave me residency. Residency gave me these people. And these people became my adda. 🥹❤️

Now tell me which Lay’s flavour is THAT friend in your gang? 👀

Amar Adda, Amar Lay’s Flavours. ❤️

For people who prefer no drama in their life or in their skincare. Just one step to prep your morning skin. This is my go-to when my skin needs a quick refresh 💦
Gentle, soap-free, packed with skin-loving vitamins—and my face feels clean, nourished, and so fresh every time ✨

Chasing the sunrise at Mount Batur, one of Bali’s most iconic volcanoes. 🌋☀️
Standing at 1,717 meters above sea level, Mount Batur is an active volcano located in the Kintamani region of Bali. The trek typically begins in the early hours of the morning, rewarding hikers with panoramic views of the sunrise over Lake Batur, Mount Abang, and, on clear days, even Mount Agung and neighboring Lombok.
The climb may be challenging in the dark, but watching the first rays of sunlight paint the volcanic landscape in shades of gold makes every step worth it.
📍 Mount Batur, Bali, Indonesia
⏰ Best time to visit: Sunrise trek (start around 2–4 AM)
🥾 Trek duration: Approximately 1.5–2 hours to the summit
Would you wake up before dawn for a view like this? ✨
