Weight loss check by @shrinkwithchristi

I was a runner in middle and high school. Not a good one, but I loved it with all my heart. I loved the way it made me feel. I’m on a weight loss journey still, but I’m committed to be a runner again and learn how to be a good one this time around.

I cannot believe how easy it was to start jogging on this walking pad from @merachfit . Honestly didn’t expect it to feel this doable.

If you’ve been thinking about getting one, I’ve got you with 10% off. Use code w50christi when you order on their website or Amazon using either link below 🫶

🤷‍♀️🤣🤦‍♀️

This is just a joke y’all. I was lifting 3lbs in this clip as I was struggling with a neck and shoulder injury. I’ve been on a weightloss journey since May 2025 and I am able to lift more now and my form has gotten better with this exercise. ❤️‍🩹💪 by @shrinkwithchristi
