Strava & Survive comes to an end today 🥺
Clocked 120kms 😳
30 day running challenge created to help us keep moving after our 12weeks of transform program. Anyone whose followed a meal plan or done a challenge knows the struggle of maintenance esp the depressing part where you gain back the weight and sometimes more. This is why we created this run challenge cos we needed a new hard.

I’ve surprised myself & have loved trotting with my gym sisters! Some days good, some days hard and the hardest days fighting my mind when it doesn’t wanna run. Proud of myself cos old Sia would never run & Sia now just complains while she’s running 😂 This last run I didn’t even want to do cos tired, bad nights sleep but when you have people who hold you accountable it makes it a little easier to just get up & go. So find you your people so you can Strava & Survive together.

The end by @sia.petelo

Never did I ever think I’d be running let alone this milestone in 26 days 😭

I ain’t a runner, I hated when I started it last year in July, I kind of like it now, I struggle to get up and walk out the door to start my run, I feel great after it and I still can’t believe I volunteered my friends to do a running challenge with me cos here I am clocking 100kms in less than 30 days. The old me would never 😭 Thank you to my #stravaandsurvive ladies for keeping me flat feet running 🫶🏾

Our final ‘Wednesdays we run pink’ as part of our 30day @strava & survive running challenge to join in raising awareness about @pinkribbonnz breast cancer awareness month here in New Zealand.

Set small tasks for the run that feel big to us but nothing compared to the woman who are impacted by the big C of the boobies. Thank you to the strangers who took photos with us 🥹 Proud of my Strava&Survive ladies 💗

On Wednesdays we run pink 🎀

This Wednesday I also did a Samoan Siva class in my MMT colours(cos why not😂) run by @lifesapeachnz A small group I’ve been part of for a few years raising awareness about gynaecological cancers esp endometrial cancer as it affected one of my best friends.

Woman’s health matters & it’s important to share and raise awareness any way we can ❤️
