Possibilities dwell in imagination 🌹
until one day, you say them out loud.

Last year, in a crowded room wearing my classic Canadian tuxedo,
I sang in public for the first time.
A vision long held in my heart stirred to live beyond any type of creative project I had done before. Instead of crafting another short film solely for the screen, I wanted to bring a mixed fusion into live performance art/music.

During the AI boom, I asked the room:
“Who wants to build something immersive with me?”#
@peterbowlescreates answered.

With his technical magic, integrity, talent and experience
we built a moving 3D set, crafted a short film using AI inside it,
and turned a shared vision into reality.

Thank you, Peter! none of this was possible without you, your skill, effort, patience and talent 🙏🏼

@_shyang thank you for your performances and showing up to the mic alongside this project bringing your natural talent and creativity to these pieces!

Thank you to @kriskrug + @vancouver_ai
for herding cats into a room way back when and bringing a space for creatives and curiosity to meet in the AI sector.

Thank you Eron for capturing 🎥 and bringing your support to the team!

Creating three immersive sets as a pilot and sharing them was a wild creative exploration and I’m grateful to have walked this experience along side @peterbowlescreates and @_shyang who have been instrumental and essential to the creative vision and bringing it to life. WE DID it crew!

Your time, energy, effort and talent is known and our crew was small but mighty🦅🌟🙏🏼

Behind the scenes coming soon. 🎬

Pluto’s Neon View

Azure,
a place of momentary blue
one skyline horizon
unbound

her whisper
in wonder

plays chess
on eternal truth

surrender smiles
before thunder
like a hot air balloon.”

🌹 When you’re in the thick of it and your patiently waiting for the puzzle pieces you’ve laid out to start clicking,

and nothing seems to be clicking, it can bring in moments of self-doubt.

(Can I do this? Is this the right idea? Does this need to be scrapped? When these question rise practice patience before taking action)

this is where ushering in deeper patience and staying the course, trusting the process is an important part of allowing the creative birthing process to be in its marinating state without interfering or scrapping too soon.

Sometimes you’ve got to let them sit still, and that can feel bloody uncomfortable (I know) but trusting that you can just be with the moment and what comes day by day versus

expecting more than what is happening, is where the ingredients (start to gel)- where the mixture starts to finally blend and the flavours begin to bring something to life that couldn’t be created without all the ideations your dropped in the cauldron.

This is a gentle reminder, to trust your creative process, when doubt rears, be wi the it but don’t let it get in the drivers seat, go for a scenic drive around the block and often you might just find the sun parting the cloudy skies.

👠stay tuned

Back to prActice..

When poetry fails to reach the places I have travelled, music speaks- - -the echo of long halls and passages through eternity’s muse: music.

These sounds find a way to teach me about parts of myself I have forgotten and am re-membering.

They tell the voyage of the nameless and ancient voice beyond form.

Practice for me is an art of letting go,
sometimes it’s easier than others,
sometimes frustration arises,
sometimes I am bewildered and surprised,
sometimes curiosity takes hold in ways giving way to pure inspiration.

It’s all just a little Emotive rollercoaster 🌹

Be-ing a healthy artist:

An act of devotion,
A way of be-ing before do-ing

To embody self-sovereign leadership and become the vessel, the canvas for what desires to move through you and express through your form.

Daily devotion is a practice that gives way to discipline. Discipline is not forced it is a byproduct of the act of devotion..

Leading with Being before doing first is what gives way to flow versus force, ease versus hustle in the act of creation.

I’ve been quiet.

I stepped away from posting this summer and into something I chose to give myself…

Space.

Not to disappear.
Not to become more productive.
But to return even deeper into simply being here and now.

I’ve discovered something over the years…

The moments I stop trying to optimize every part of my life are often the moments my creativity returns or surges.

Not because I forced it.
Because I finally created enough space to feel it and let the depths of me speak.

This little piece on the piano wasn’t planned. In the middle of the night in the midst of a full blue moon in May

my creative pulse simply asked to be expressed.

So often we’re taught that growth comes from doing more, achieving more, becoming more.

Yet the women I work with aren’t lacking ambition, intelligence or capability.

They’re simply tired of carrying the invisible weight of performing which disconnects them..

Holding it all together.
Leading everyone else.
Knowing there’s a deeper version of themselves waiting beneath the noise.

The version that creates from joy rather than pressure.
Leads from presence rather than performance.
Feels at home within herself.

I’ve learned that slowing down isn’t the opposite of growth.

It’s where your deepest expansion begins.

It’s where your nervous system softens.
Where your intuition becomes clear.
Where your creativity returns.
Where your authentic expression no longer needs permission.

This is the heartbeat behind the Embodied Voice™ Collective.

A private space for the woman who is no longer interested in becoming someone else, but in fully expressing who she already is.

Where authentic expression is embodied.
Creative joy is cultivated.
Presence becomes your power.
And your voice naturally expands because you’re no longer performing, it simply becomes an extension of who you are in life, business & womanhood.

This isn’t another strategy.

It’s for the woman who’s ready to live, lead and create from her true essence.

If reading this feels like recognition…

You already know.

💋This sacred Collective is open DM me to apply.

We are living in a time where people are praised for productivity, rewarded for performance, and conditioned to stay constantly “on.”
Always thinking. Always pushing. Always proving.

Locked and loaded in what we call focus… while quietly abandoning sensation, presence, and the deeper intelligence of the body and their authentic expression.

But embodied leadership asks something different of us.

Not:
“How much can you do?”

But:
“Can you fully be here? Can you arrive and show up fully in presence”

Presence = Essence Expressed
The deeper self revealed, alive.
This is the Vibrant Living Way..

Because the most powerful speakers, leaders, artists, coaches, and visionaries are not the ones performing confidence… they are the ones rooted in presence, knowing, authentic expression.

You can feel when someone is disconnected from themselves.
And you can feel when someone has returned home to themselves.

The shift from “human doing” to “human being” is the return to sensation.
To breath.
To your authentic voice and expression.
To listening.
To allowing yourself to feel life’s aliveness again instead of only managing circumstances of life.

Your confidence deepens the moment you stop trying to perform your worth and start inhabiting your presence.

Embodied leadership is not about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering who you were before the world taught you to abandon yourself for performative scripts.

What if your next level isn’t found in forcing harder…
but in finally allowing yourself to fully arrive?

Join the movement🌈

❤️‍🔥Creativity doesn’t arrive when you chase it.
It arrives when you return to yourself.
So many people search outside for creativity.

They scroll.
They compare.
They try to force inspiration into existence.

But creativity isn’t something you capture with effort.

It’s something you receive through alignment.

Last night I woke at 3:00am and a song arrived.

Not because I forced it. Because I was available to it.

This morning a friend shared they felt envious of that experience and I gently reminded them:

“envy poisons. The soul of the muse and it dilutes, dilutes the very soul of the self and kills the companion of creativity’s youth.”- sdf

Comparison pulls you out of your channel. Presence brings you back into it.
Creativity lives in the heart. Not the pressure of performance. Not the noise of expectation.
Not the mind trying to “figure it out.”
Creativity begins in be-ing.

Because:
“the muse meets you when you meet you”

When you soften back into yourself When you stop trying to become someone else
When you trust what is already alive inside you
That’s when ideas land. That’s when clarity opens. That’s when something real begins moving through you. ✨

If you want to access more creativity in your life, artistry, leadership, or business, start here:
🌿 Pause before producing
🌿 Listen before solving
🌿 Feel before planning
🌿 Create from presence, not pressure🌿 Return to what is true for you

Creativity isn’t reserved for artists.
It’s how you build a life.
A message.
A body of work.
A business.
An embodied presence.

And it begins the moment you come home to yourself. 💛

Artistry as Embodied Leadership (You Are The Living Art)🌟

You’re gifts are meant to be given. Your talent, abilities, expertise, dare I say you’re god given spark (and I’m not talking about a man in the clouds) this is the essence within you that has no face, no name that simply is indisputably an extension of divine intelligence woven with your signature thumb print.

To embody the essence within is to master the inner architecture of your values and virtues to align with the soul-driven mission in your heart; serving your gift as your authentic voice, expression and presence with unwavering conviction.

The pearl in the clam is woven over time, hidden yet weaving consistently with its natural rhythm 🥁 soon, one day to emerge after devotion to becoming.

Your voice, message, mission lives in the vein of your spark- your essence. To be untamed by the noise and honour the voice within trusting the process of embodying your highest nature is the path of the alchemist, the attman, the one who knows and is willing to know thy self without the masks.

Your artistry calls to breathe, to be exposed in service to others, to become the instrumental song of your vessel; to channel the living embodiment of your mission, message and voice in this time of humanity.

To be willing to fully claim your artistry instead of putting it on the back shelf and put it at the forefront of your magnetism is where reclamation of power and purpose begin to meet you as you embodied your essence with integral self -leadership.

This is the way of the next wave of vibrant embodied leaders- not Thought leaders- Embodied Leaders.

I’m honoured that in my journey I now help others of on their journey to unearth and unfold their embodied leadership on their soul-driven mission with joy. 🌹

“It was all just a dream.”

🌻 Moving from Doing to Being has been the most transformational move I’ve ever made to achieve levels of success and fulfillment..

Watch my TEDx: Putting The Being Back In The Human Being

We’ve forgotten how to be human.
Not because we don’t care
but because we’ve been taught to perform, produce, and perfect… instead of feel.

This is what my TEDx poetry experience is about.

Putting the being back in the human being.
Returning to presence.
To breath.
To embodiment.
To the part of us that knows who we are without the noise, coming back to our innate ability to feel connection, empathy, and essence.

🎭 This is more than words..

It’s a RANTAJAM Experience a fusion of spoken word, sound, film, story, and teachings woven into a reminder of what it means to be alive and come home to yourself in full as a human-being versus a human-doing in today’s modern world.
