Silent healing be like…✨✨✨✨ by @silenthealingcommunity

Silent Healing on 1/1 @ 11:11am-1:11pm

@doituglybrand thank you for the inspiration✨🤌🏾 by @silenthealingcommunity

time for silence… yeah it’s time. It’s really just you deciding to not speak. For 2 hours. Simple. And what I find is that intention alone, slows me down and allows me to JUST LISTEN. I believe being a good listener just makes you a better communicator. You’re listening intently not just to the outside world and others, but to your self. It’s like the first step into being the observer of it all. The first step to more alchemy in your life. To see is to listen.
So on the “first day” of this year we’re going to practice a little more intention, together. Very personal. Yet very community. Both can be true. ✨ by @silenthealingcommunity

Silent Healing was birthed from an ancient practice to serve a modern calling.

We co-created this event by all of us answering our individual desire for deeper self awareness and safe spaces with a simple “YES”.

♾️Silence alone is one thing, but silence within community is EVERYTHING 🙌🏾✨

♾️May 10, we join together with the intention to heal. No talking. Just vibes. Save the date.

♾️Silent Healing is happening on May 10th at a park near you (LA county), and VIRTUALLY.

Who Are You?
When It’s Quiet?

I AM PEACE ✌🏾

The silent healing safe space was the best feeling I’ve had in a long time. 😌

It challenged me to communicate with hand gestures and to sit with my own thoughts.
I gazed at the birds and dabbled into some paint. Letting all my emotions run free just like the leaves from the trees.

If you haven’t sat in silence at your own will, I suggest you try it.

Coming from a person who stays to themselves, unless your energy is high. It encouraged me to hold more intentional silence in my life.
