Parents and young athletes, please research what the transfer portal is and how it affects all of you coming up. It has made Everything more difficult for you. In order for you to receive a scholarship as freshman coming out of high school, you’re going to have a serious level of work that will make you exceptionally valuable to a program. After watching this video, go research and then spring into ACTION, because you’re running out of time if you think you can begin later! @silvabacks_ #fromthegroundup #togetherstrong #trustheprocess #familyfirst 💪🏾💪🏾🏀🫡 by @silvabacks_

A lot of people missed today due to Games. But for the 17 young people who attended today was great. This was a great session conducted by my guy @bonecollector6 I’m gonna get him to come back to NEW York again and we gonna turn up again. THANK YOU my brother for doing this for my kids literally after working out NBA players at 5am the same day. You literally travel the world off basketball and yet, humble enough to come work out some kids in NEW York in a small gym. That speaks volumes bro, again, THANK YOU! 🙏🏽 @silvabacks_ #fromthegroundup #togetherstrong #trustheprocess #trustheprocess #bonecollector 💪🏾💪🏾🏀✅🔥🔥 by @silvabacks_

@showtime45_1 Adidas Allstar selection. Didn’t get MVP on this one , but definitely should have. Lesson here was, don’t get complacent. Even if you win something prior, you use it to get even more hungry. You always tell yourself there’s more WORK to be done! @silvabacks_ 💪🏾💪🏾🏀🔥🔥🫡 #fromthegroundup #togetherstrong #trustheprocess #familyfirst by @silvabacks_
