🙏🏻🩷 @cdt_master *** There’s a different kind of strength when a team works as one — supporting each other, pushing together, never letting each other give up, and step by step becoming stronger along the way. 💕 The best team I could ever ask for. So grateful for every one of you. 🙏🏻🩷 #spain #valencia #teamwork #patinesprofesionales #inlinespeedskating by @simona.una
When everything falls into the right place, the energy awakens from within — 💛 the sun lifts me higher, 💚 the forests and fields ground me deeper, ❤️ and love flows through my blood with every beat. Together they become the one rhythm of my heart, carrying me forward, keeping me wanting more, moving further, and reaching toward the dreams I keep chasing, never letting go of the hope that keeps me moving. . . #dream #big #do #bigger #inlinespeedskating #athlete #speedskater #sport #race #fast #girl #energy #welovetoskate #patinesenlinea by @simona.una

Your legs do the kilometres. What you bring along can make a difference in the last ones. 🐻🛼 Berlin, Naples, Spain, France… race travel means keeping things simple. No powder, no shaker, no mixing with water. VPLab Creatine Monohydrate Gummies go straight into my bag, ready to take wherever the next race takes me. Why VPLab creatine gummies? 💙 ⚡ Helps replenish ATP, the energy source muscles use during intense efforts 💪 Supports physical performance during short, high-intensity exercise 📅 Works through consistent daily use, as creatine stores build up in the muscles 📍 And in gummy form? So convenient to pack and take on the go. Creatine has a place in my performance routine, and the gummies make staying consistent while travelling so much easier. Plus, they taste like little blueberry gummy bears! 🫐💙 Powder or gummies — what would you pack in your race bag? 👇 #vplab #creatinegummies #creatine #inlinespeedskating #roadskating by @simona.una

What’s your favourite thing to do outside of training? Share your ideas with others 👇 A little reminder for every sport person🤍 Training is a big part of life, but it can’t be your whole life. Days when you laugh, try something new or simply rest are not “lost”. They give your head a break, so you come back to training with fresh energy and joy. Three things worth making time for: 🤍 Fun matters. Plan days just for fun. 🎨 Find a hobby. Dance, paint, cook or something that has nothing to do with training. 🤹‍♀️Make time to enjoy. Rest is how you recharge not only your body but also your mind. Drop a ♥️ if you agree. . . #athletelife #trainingmind #balance #selfcare #womeninsport by @simona.una
Loving the process that keeps me growing and wanting come back for more 🩷 I don’t train just to be faster. I train because I genuinely love the feeling of getting better at something that means so much to me 🙏🏻🛼🔥 Some days everything clicks. Other days it’s heavy legs, tired muscles and still showing up. I’ve learned that progress is not only in the hard sessions, but also in how well I take care of myself between them so I can come back with the same energy and joy.✨ That’s where VPLAB Ultra Women’s Protein naturally fits into my routine — 18 g of protein, only 96 kcal, plus CLA, L-carnitine and hyaluronic acid. An easy way to give my muscles the protein they need after training and support my recovery for the next session. Because for me, sport is not only about pushing harder. It’s about loving the process enough to keep growing and coming back for more 🩷 . . #inlineskating #womaninsports #inspiring #fasion #sportstyle by @simona.una
🎀 Some hobbies fill your time. This one gives me a feeling I’m looking for everywhere. 👀 I put my speed skates, because it makes me feel free, calm and steady. The faster I move, the quieter everything inside becomes. On my speed skates, I can feel intensity without losing that sense of peace — and maybe that balance is exactly what keeps pulling me back.✨ The skinsuit adds another layer to that feeling. I feel confident in my own skin — feminine, strong and completely myself. Together, it creates something that feels bigger than just sport. 🚀 Maybe that’s why speed skating stopped feeling like a hobby a long time ago. It became THE HOBBY — a place where I can have freedom without distance, intensity without chaos, consistency without losing passion. Maybe those are the feelings worth looking for beyond sport, too. 🩷🛼 🔝Skinsuit 👚: @surimwear 🔝Sport photographer 📷: @sucilaphotographer . . #sportsmotivation #fitnesslifestyle #femaleathlete #sportgirl #activelifestyle by @simona.una
