As many of you know… I’ve officially launched a podcast to go along with my upcoming book Through Married Eyes: Love From a New Perspective!

This project features interviews with Christian married couples sharing real stories, wisdom, and lessons on love, commitment, and faith. The goal? To help singles reframe how they think about marriage so they can build Christ-centered, healthy, and lasting relationships in the future.

Four episodes are already out, and each one is full of insight, laughter, and honest conversations you don’t want to miss.

It’s been such a fun journey so far, and I’m excited to bring you along for the ride!

Swedish Laxpudding has quickly become one of my absolute favorite dishes. Whether you want it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this meal never fails to comfort and impress.

Ingredients:
1000g medium Gold Potatoes
230g Smoked Salmon
1 Stick of Butter
1 Onion (finely sliced)
4oz/15g Fresh Dill
300ml Heavy Whipping Cream
100ml Whole Milk
3 Large Eggs
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Note: More than likely you’ll need more salt than you think you need (the potatoes absorb a lot).
