One day we will remember… by @simonlucapistore
General skills to kick off England week. There’s no better feeling. 🔥🏉 Passing accuracy, timing, communication and soft hands quality. by @simonlucapistore
⸻ Training perception under visual constraint The receiver loses the ball’s trajectory while running across the post and only picks it up at the last moment. This forces the visual system to re-track a moving object, anticipate timing, and stabilize the catch under uncertainty. Game-speed skills. Precision and decision-making even when you can’t see the full picture. by @simonlucapistore
🎯🔥 ⸻ Training with stroboscopic (pinhole) glasses 👓 By limiting vision, we challenge the brain and body to sync better: sharper focus, improved spatial awareness, and quicker decision-making. When full vision returns, everything feels clearer… and performance improves. 🎯🔥 #vision #rugby #rugbyskills #allenamento #training by @simonlucapistore

First skills session in the rain on the road to the 2026 Six Nations. Focusing on kicking skills to nail the grubber under pressure and sharpen our aerial game on high balls. by @simonlucapistore
Ci vediamo al Sei Nazioni! by @simonlucapistore
Meno stabilità, più qualità… e qualche momento esilarante garantito 😅💪 When “balance training” meets “improving passing skills,” you get a drill that looks straight out of a tightrope contest 🎪🏉 Passing under imbalance boosts reactivity, accuracy, and body control — all essential for handling the ball in unpredictable match situations. Less stability, more quality… with a few laughs included 😅💪 by @simonlucapistore
