One thing I’ll almost always pick up when thrifting: tarnished silver. 🤍
It may not look like much sitting on the shelf, but a little polish can completely transform it. And the best part? Actually using these beautiful old pieces instead of saving them for “someday.” ✨

Just a little corner of the internet where I get to share the things that make me happy. 🤍

I’d love to find more women who love beautiful homes, vintage treasures, hosting, motherhood & making the everyday feel a little more special.

If you’re here building your own little corner too, say hi below so I can come find you. ✨ Let’s grow together

Sundays are my reset.
A quiet cup of coffee and no pressure to be anywhere but here.

Only 3 ingredients and 10 minutes in the oven 🤍

Save this recipe for your next baking day!

🍪 Ingredients:
• 1 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
• 1 egg, at room temperature
• 1 cup almond meal

Mix all three ingredients until combined. Scoop small portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet before moving.

Makes approximately 15 cookies. I doubled the recipe for about 30!

*gluten-free or dairy-free (check the spread for ingredients)🤍

Making home my favorite place to be, one cozy evening at a time. 🍂🤎

What’s your favorite part of this season?

My favorite rooms are the ones that come together slowly. Grandma’s mirror, a lamp with personality, art from estate sale, and little pieces collected along the way 🤍

Which detail would you have picked up first? by @simplicity_bydesign

I was so hesitant to trim my fiddle-leaf fig, but it’s grown so much since. Consider this your sign to give yours a little haircut 🌿🌿🌿

Three words I can never resist while thrifting: Made in Italy 🇮🇹

The beautiful shapes, hand-painted details, and craftsmanship always make me stop for a closer look. And the best finds aren’t just for display—they’re meant to be used and enjoyed.

I never really thought of myself as a reseller. I just love finding beautiful things 🤍

Over time, that turned into 160 vintage pieces sold — from brass and blue & white porcelain to Murano glass, vintage frames and all the little things I’m always drawn to.

Some were amazing finds. Some sat for a LONG time. Some surprised me with what they sold for. And yes, I’ve definitely bought things I thought would sell that absolutely did not. 😂

So maybe it’s time to start.

Would you want to see more of my thrifting trips, what I buy vs. leave behind, what I pay, and what eventually sells?

🛎️ Don’t shop only along the main road — some of the best finds are deeper inside the fields

🛎️ If you love it, don’t assume it’ll be there later. Brimfield is huge and finding the same booth again can be surprisingly hard

🛎️ Photograph the booth sign/number whenever you see something you might come back for

🛎️ Ask for the “best price” rather than immediately offering a low number. It feels friendlier and often gets you a discount

🛎️ Bundle your finds. Vendors are often much more flexible when you’re buying several things

🛎️Look underneath tables and inside boxes. The beautifully styled pieces get attention first; some of the treasures are buried

🛎️Shop for materials, not labels. Solid wood, linen, wool, brass, silver plate, stone and handmade pottery can be incredible buys even without a recognizable maker

🛎️Bring measurements AND photos of your rooms. It’s much easier to decide whether that giant painting or side table will actually work

🛎️Look for pieces that add age to a room — old frames, equestrian art, baskets, leather, vintage books, pottery and brass are especially good for that collected Ralph Lauren feel

🛎️Don’t judge something by the booth styling. A beautiful piece can look completely different once it’s out of a crowded field and in your home

🛎️The imperfect pieces can be the best ones. Patina, worn leather, crazed pottery and aged wood often give a room more character

🛎️Bring a tape measure. This would actually make a cute 2-second reel shot—pulling it out of your bag

🛎️Check the weather AND dress in layers. You’re outside for hours and conditions can change quickly

🛎️Have a “wish list,” but leave room for one weird find. Those unexpected pieces are usually what make Brimfield fun
