The Now…
I smile!
Life feels like a joke,
a bad one at times.
Reality…
It is what it is,
I am who I am.
Every now I experience,
I feel, I dream, I change.
The Past... a source of history.
The Future... a source of imagination.
Now is all there is…
and now has just gone.
Memories and dreams
remind me of who I am…
and I am more
than the present moment.
I am Life!
And…
I smile! 😊 by @simplybreathe.live

I take a breath, I make a step.
In each step a destination.
At every destination,
I celebrate freedom. BREATHE

Showing to my son how it is done... 😀

Yes, there are risks.

Yes, there can be falls.

Yes, you need to befriend the consequences of the risks you are taking (or not) to find peace in your choices and actions.

Preparation.
Focused attention.
And an attitude for more... Life.
(whatever that means to each of us 😀).

In the end,
We become better at what we practice!

Let's focus what we practice on activities that reveal our better selves to ourselves!

BREATHE out the best of you and the world will be better… for all of us!

Time does not always work as a healer... at least, not on its own. Keeping yourself busy may be a good way to get by but to bring change into your life you need to change how you lead... your life.

There will be times when you will surprise yourself with your actions—you may even shock others. Inaction is unlikely to bring any surprises.

What you now experience may not have started as your choice, but it will be so at some point. The more passive you are, the farther away you will be carried away from your purpose.

Fill yourself with love and live a life you are proud to share in its entirety... as the leader of your life.

... and when the goal becomes a necessity to breathe, you know that you are on the way to conquering it.
