It’s Fall 🍂 winter clothes have replaced summer clothes. So let’s pull out those recipes. And keep it easy! . Try this Lentil Stew, and then you can thank me with how easy it is! . 1 cup French black lentils, soaked for a half hour 1/2 jar of The Mother Mix 2 cups vegetable broth (or any that you have on hand) 2-3 cups of vegetables of your choice (butternut squash, carrots, peppers, mushrooms etc) Parsley or thyme, handful . The Red Drizzler is always drizzled on top of my eggs for my breakfast. But on a Spanish TV show I watched recently the grandfather mix in mojo rojo or The Red Drizzler as you know it, in the eggs before making an omelet for his granddaughter– what a game changer! Hope you try it. . #simrancooks #thereddrizzler #cleaningredients #spanishflavors #eggrecipe by @simrancooks

Every evening at 3:00 pm, before the kids get back home from school, I like to sit down for 5-10 minutes, sip my cup of tea and eat a good snack. One that will take me through the busy evenings of work from home + kids homework + dinner time. . So this has been my latest go to snack: A spread of labneh on your favorite toast + slow roasted cherry tomatoes and garlic + The Red Hot Honey Drizzler. Yum 😋 . If you want to know how to make the tomatoes: In a baking tray, toss together: 2 parts cherry tomatoes 1 part peeled garlic cloves Salt and oregano, to taste Then: Drizzle olive oil until one third way up the tomatoes and garlic Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 45 minutes. Mix once or twice in between. . #simrancooks #thereddrizzler #cleaningredients #hothoney by @simrancooks
If you know me, you know I’m all for easy weeknight dinners. I grilled a piece of salmon, and towards the end, add a very generous drizzle of our Red Hot Honey Drizzler. My kids loved this so much that they made it the next night again.  It gets all sticky and caramelized, just yum! And really, that’s the kind of cooking I love—simple, delicious, and family-friendly. #Simrancooks #WeeknightDinner #Salmon #hothoney #easydinners by @simrancooks
