The power of microneedling. This is a progression from my first session to now. I’ve have 3 sessions in the last 3 months @nouveaubeautyaesthetics and I’m beyond impressed by the results. My surgeons suggested it as a way to break up scar tissue. I’m not wearing makeup in any of these photos. We’re taking a mini break because I’m having another surgery in November, but I can’t wait to get back to it! by @sincerelyjord_

What an absolute perfect ending to such a powerful retreat. So thankful for my co host @nicktheitchick and all of the other radiantly resilient women. Even the outsiders, our photographer @kimberlymufferi and the team at CNN. We could not have been more blessed to have the people there who were around us. Everyone who was present was there for a god given purpose. I can’t wait to share all of the amazing pieces of the retreat that made it so special. For now. THANK YOU to everyone who made it all possible.
