💔 WE'LL BE FINE THIS TIME. 🖤

We never imagined we'd have to write this again.

For the second time in less than two years, Sip & Develop has flooded. Once again, the doors we've opened to thousands of memories have been forced to close.

The darkroom is quiet. The cameras are still. The laughter, the celebrations, the first dates, the anniversaries... all temporarily on hold.

And behind those doors is a small business, a dedicated team, and a dream we've poured everything into building.

Last year, we picked up the pieces. We rebuilt. We reopened. We kept going.

This year, we're being asked to do it all over again.

But here's what we know...

Water can damage our walls.
It can destroy our equipment.
It can shut down our business.

But it cannot wash away our purpose.

We didn't build Sip & Develop just to develop photographs. We built it to develop memories, connections, opportunities, and a community.

And that community includes YOU. ❤️

So although our doors are temporarily closed while we recover, our hearts remain open, and our determination remains stronger than ever.

We'll be fine this time.
Not because this is easy.
Not because it doesn't hurt.
But because everything we've built is worth fighting for.

To everyone who has supported us, visited us, celebrated with us, or simply believed in our vision... THANK YOU.

We look forward to the day the red lights come back on and we welcome you into our darkroom again.

💬 Want to know what happened? Comment “WHAT HAPPENED?” below, and we'll DM you the details.

This isn't the end of our story.

We're still developing. 📸❤️

With love and gratitude,
The Sip & Develop Family

THIS IS WHAT OPPORTUNITY LOOKS LIKE.

- Watch this video.
- Not just for the camera training.
- Watch Travis.
- Watch the confidence.
- The patience.
- The way he teaches.

The pride he takes in doing his job the right way.

The man you're watching isn't an outside trainer.

He's a manager at Sip & Develop.
Less than a year ago, his life looked very different.

Travis came to us after spending a little over two years in federal prison, returning home in December 2025 to a world that often tells people with his history everything they can no longer be.

Doors close. Applications get rejected. People see the conviction before they see the person.

And talented people who are ready to work, provide for their families, and rebuild their lives can simply get left behind.

We chose to open a door.

What Travis did after walking through it belongs entirely to him.

- He worked.
- He learned.
- He showed up.
- He took ownership.

And he brought an infectious work ethic that became impossible to ignore.

Today, Travis isn't standing inside Sip & Develop asking someone to give him an opportunity.

He's standing here as a manager, training the employees coming behind him.

Think about that.

Someone society could have easily written off is now responsible for helping us develop others.

That's leadership.

As you watch these 2 minutes and 15 seconds, look into this young man's eyes.

- Don't look for an inmate.
- Don't look for a conviction.
- Look for potential.
- Look at a man working to provide for his family.
- Look at an employee who became a leader.
- Look at what can happen when opportunity meets accountability, determination, and work ethic.

Sip & Develop may have opened the door.

Travis is the one who proved he belonged on the other side of it.

His past is part of his story.

It doesn't have to be the ending.
Maybe the next Travis is standing outside someone else's door right now, hoping they'll see more than yesterday.

Sometimes people don't need us to erase their past.

They just need a fair opportunity to build their future.

We're proud to have Travis building his with us.

This is what opportunity looks like. 🖤
