Don’t let anyone project their fears onto your life! You have the power to achieve whatever it is that you’re trying to do! by @sirgatesbc

Most people did not choose the life they are living. They drifted into it.

One reactive decision at a time. One season of just getting through it. One year of meaning to get intentional that turned into five. And then ten. And then they look up and wonder how they got here.

Drift does not announce itself. It feels like reasonable responses to real circumstances. It feels like being practical. It feels like surviving. And then one day surviving is just the life.

Legacy builders design on purpose.

They name the target before the year starts. They build the system before the pressure arrives. They make decisions that honor the design even when the feelings argue for the easier thing.

Here is the part nobody talks about. Drift and design both take the same amount of time. You do not get extra hours for choosing intentionally. You do not get penalized hours for drifting. by @sirgatesbc
