They told you the womb was just an organ, but she is so much more…

She is a center of creation, intuition, emotion, and wisdom. A memory palace, a temple, a throne 𓋹

For thousands of years, from cultures around the world, women have gathered around the wisdom of the womb, listening to her guidance and tending to her as a sacred source of life and knowing. They understood her sacredness, they revered her as a source of wisdom. The woman was worshiped as a microcosm of the Goddess herself. And somewhere along the way we got lost. The woman was desecrated, the womb was shamed. But now is the time of the great awakening, the great remembering, the great reclamation of all that is sacred.

Through the sacred and ancient practice of Mayan Womb Massage women are coming back home to their inner throne. They are healing stored trauma that has calcified into tension. They are hearing the whispers of their womb once more.

Everything starts in the energetic realm and then lives in the body. This energetic surgery gets deep into the core and brings all the energy back to this power center 🌀

Mayan Womb Massage is a traditional healing practice that supports the physical health of the womb while also creating space to reconnect with the deeper wisdom held within the body.

These sessions may support:

🌹 Womb Connection
🌹 Fertility & Reproductive Health
🌹 Menstrual Wellness
🌹 Postpartum Healing
🌹 Hormonal Balance
🌹 Fibroids, Endometriosis & PCOS Support
🌹 Emotional Release
🌹 Reconnection to the Oracle Wisdom of the Womb

I will be offering a limited number of Mayan Womb Massage sessions during @frequencyfestivalmountshasta Festival in Mount Shasta.

If your womb has been calling for deeper listening, healing, or connection, I would be honored to hold space for you.

DM “WOMB HEALING” to reserve your session ❤️

🌹 Love notes from the women I’ve had the honor of guiding…

🧝🏻‍♀️ As each woman says yes to herself, she steps into her own Temple of Transformation.

Saying yes to your healing is saying yes to your sovereignty 👑

📝 Love notes from past sisters who have walked this path with me.

It’s an honor to be your guide 🌹

🌀The womb is not silent — she is an oracle, and yoni steaming is one way we learn to listen.

Womb steaming — also known as Yoni steaming — is an ancient feminine practice found across cultures, carried by midwives, priestesses, and elders as a way of tending the womb with warmth, plants, and reverence. 🌿🔥💧

Across time, women understood the womb as a cauldron of creation — a living vessel where physical health, emotional memory, ancestral imprint, and creative life-force converge. The womb is not only a biological organ; she is an oracle in her own right, speaking through sensation, cycles, blood, and intuition.
When the womb is warmed and supported, circulation increases, tissues soften, and stagnation — both physical and energetic — can begin to clear. Yoni steaming gently supports the healing of reproductive ailments, helps restore balance after stress, trauma, or childbirth, and creates space for the womb’s innate wisdom to awaken.

This practice is not about forcing or fixing, but about remembering — remembering how to listen to the body, how to support the womb’s natural intelligence, and how to reconnect with the divine feminine current that lives within. As stagnation clears, the womb’s voice becomes clearer, guiding us back into alignment and embodied knowing.

I have been trained as a Womb Healing Practitioner, with deep gratitude to my teachers and lineages:
🌿 Mayan wisdom carriers: Mariu, Nana Raina, and Nana Dominga

Return to your body.
Return to your womb.
Return to yourself.

20 women gathered in sacred sisterhood to honor the wisdom of the womb 🌹

What an honor it was to guide this beautiful group of women through the ancient practice of Yoni Steaming ♨️ Coming together in ritual, aligning with the energy of the cosmos and diving deep into ancient mythology and wisdom ✨

There is something profoundly powerful about women gathering in ceremony, reclaiming the practices of feminine tending, honoring our bodies and wombs as sacred. The Oracular nature of the womb awakens, an ancient remembering stirs and the wisdom that has been passed down through generations comes alive again 🌹

May we follow the red thread and continue to create safe, compassionate and uplifting spaces where women can soften, reconnect, remember and reclaim the divinity that lives within ❤️

Deep gratitude to @marin_priestess_rising for having me and to all the beautiful souls who shared this sacred space 🌹

🌹 Venus Cazimi ♀️ The Descent of Inanna 🌹

As Venus journeys into the heart of the Sun, we enter the rebirthing portal of our own Inanna journey, guiding us into the next iteration of our soul’s evolution. This celestial event mirrors one of the oldest surviving myths from ancient Sumer: The Descent of Inanna and is a potent time to strip ourselves of our egoic patterns that hold us back and water the seeds of what we are stepping into 🌹

Inanna, the ancient Sumerian Goddess associated with the planet Venus, descends through seven gates into the underworld, surrendering her sacred adornments of protection and symbols of power until she stands naked before her sister Ereshkigal, Queen of the Underworld.

There, she faces herself in her most raw and vulnerable state, meets death, to be restored to life three days and three nights later.

As Venus reaches her inferior conjunction with the Sun, we witness a symbolic reflection of this ancient story: a journey of descent, surrender, death, and rebirth.

Just as Venus disappears from our evening sky before eventually returning as the Morning Star, we too are invited to journey into our own depths, release what no longer serves us, and emerge transformed.

What are you calling in as you step into your next iteration as the Morning Star? 🌹

Do you know what the Lion’s Gate Portal actually is?

Most people know Lion’s Gate as a powerful energetic portal celebrated each year on 8/8.

But it’s origins and celebrations come long before and are traced back to ancient Egypt. This season and time period was honored in ancient Egypt through the heliacal rising of Sirius and the Opening of the Year, and a profound cosmology woven between Sirius, the Sun, the Nile, and the cycles of renewal.

This Saturday, I’ll be offering a ritual workshop exploring The Original Blueprint behind what we now call the Lion’s Gate Portal.

Together we’ll journey into its ancient Egyptian origins through:
𓂀 Egyptian cosmology
📜 Mythology & sacred teachings
⭐ The celestial story of Sirius
🪷 A ceremonial Blue Lotus Tea experience
✨ An Inner Temple Journey

Whether you’ve celebrated Lion’s Gate for years or are simply curious about its roots, this is an invitation to move beyond modern interpretations and reconnect with the ancient wisdom that inspired this sacred season.

📍 Soul Connections, Mt. Shasta, CA
🗓 Saturday, August 8

🌿 Meet Yarrow 🌿

For thousands of years, Yarrow has been revered as a plant of healing, protection, and transformation.

Known as the Warrior Plant, she reminds us that true strength isn’t found in hardening our hearts, but in having the courage to remain open while honoring our boundaries.

Often called the Master of the Blood, Yarrow has a profound relationship with circulation, the womb, and the rhythms of life. Throughout history, she has been used to support wounds, regulate blood flow, and restore balance within the body. Yet her medicine reaches far beyond the physical.

Yarrow invites us to turn toward the wounds we’ve spent a lifetime avoiding, not to relive them, but to transform them.

🌿 Pain into wisdom.
🌿 Fear into trust.
🌿 Judgment into compassion.
🌿 Weakness into strength.
🌿 Poison into medicine.

This is the extraordinary plant ally we’ll be walking with during our 6-Day Sacred Plant Immersion in Mount Shasta.

Together we’ll wild harvest, make herbal medicine, share in ceremony, explore Yarrow’s connection to the womb, practice plant communication, dreamwork, water rituals, and deepen our relationship with one of nature’s greatest teachers.

✨ We’re just 3 weeks away, and a few spaces are still available.

If your heart has been whispering yes to spending six days immersed in the vortex of Mt Shasta and the wisdom of the plants, this may be your invitation.

🌿 July 30 – August 4
📍 Mount Shasta, California

Comment YARROW or send me a DM if you’d like to learn more. We’d love to welcome you into this sacred container 💚

🌹Still relishing in the medicine and magik of Frequency Festival 🌹
My heart is so full ❤️

Connecting with womben, heart to heart, womb to womb. Tending to the tenderness. Supporting in the healing. This is what fills me up with joy, to be of service to the womb carriers of this world.

To support those who have experienced pain, trauma, or abuse in feeling safe enough to journey into the depths of themselves, places they may have tucked away. Or the women joyfully preparing to conceive. Those who have lost a little soul that was karmically tied. The womben who have never truly known their womb, nor the power she carries. Each womban has her own unique story. Her own reason for wanting to come home. Back to herself. Back to her womb. Back to the original blueprint of creation, the void space from which all creation is formed.

This is why I am here. To be of service, to support, to hold the tenderness, and make room for more joy and creation.

To every woman who trusted me with her story, her tears, her laughter, her vulnerability, and her womb, thank you. It is an honor beyond words to witness women remembering the wisdom that has always lived within them.

Over the course of the festival I had the privilege of offering Mayan Womb Healing sessions, connecting with so many beautiful souls, and sharing this work with women from all walks of life. Every session reminded me why I am so deeply devoted to this path.

Through Mayan Womb Healing, I weave together Mayan abdominal womb massage, prayer, nervous system support, energy healing, and ceremonial healing to help women reconnect with the wisdom held within their wombspace.

If you’ve been feeling the call to explore your relationship with your womb, your body, and your authentic expression, I’d love to support you.
