Time will pass anyway - discover how much your life can transform, when you decide what you want and plan the steps towards your goal in a realistic manner. No cramming, no panic hustling - just wise planning over the longterm.

I bet you’ll surprise yourself how quickly your life will change when you choose yourself and following your heart - one step at a time! by @sixmonthcalendar

*Manifestation intensifies*
I don’t know about you but this year I felt like taking more time to reflect and process everything before jumping into setting new goals. Yes, I am only now putting up my new calendar, but here is the thing.. We tend to overpack the end of every week, month, year due to the imaginary “deadlines”, making these periods very tense. The truth is, the time doesn’t stop when the year stops and you are not going to miss anything by moving at your own pace. That’s why I love the @sixmonthcalendar — it breaks those artificial borders and lets you see time as one continuous flow. A great way to set long-term goals and actually see how much progress you can make in just six months!

Check your current actions and the energy you move with in your day. Whatever you describe you do in your day and how you do it - that is YOUR practice.

All of us have our daily practice, whether it is consciously or unconsciously chosen - so the question is - is your current practice serving you and embodying the future vision you desire for yourself?

If you do not feel like your daily practice resonates with who you believe yourself to BE - it is time to review your values and sit with the question:

How can I embody my values in my current daily practice?

Is there a way I can start and go about my day, that would more accurately convey the person I know myself to be in my heart?

More often than not, we find that it is not WHAT we do, but HOW we do what we choose to do.

Set the intention, and share with us - which values do you choose to embody today?

We are who we practice to be and how we spend and feel using our time is the mirror to our practice.

Take a step towards embracing the benefits of longterm perspective to allow your true self to emerge in not only your mental, but also your visual landscape. by @sixmonthcalendar

Authenticity is the highest frequency, higher than love or acceptance. It’s unsurprising, that being authentic is the most loving thing we can do to not only our life energy but also to others.

When we are true, we liberate not only our life force energy and its desire to express itself, but we also liberate and encourage others to freely be and express themselves.

When we pursue living a life that represents our values and reflects our desires, many things that hinder fulfillment simply stop being relevant.

🛑 you stop caring what other people think
🛑 you stop comparing your life with the life of others
🛑 you stop worrying as much, rushing or procrastinating
🛑 you stop pushing yourself

Instead, you:
✅ trust that your energy will find its match
✅ trust that the right people won’t miss you
✅ trust that your energy will guide you to the right decisions and actions
✅ you embrace your inspiration and learn the language of tour body and intuition

There’s no FOMO in a pursuit of an authentic life, because the only measure is how much you enjoyed it - for your own sake.

Wishing you an authentic 2025!

Best wishes,

We have arrived at the second to last task of our 14-week challenge! Phew, time flies! 🕊️

This week’s task is all about putting everything we have learned so far and moving towards being proactive — embodying our intentions into action 🫶 Not too much, not too little - just right!

Thinking long-term here is KEY - creating a realistic timeline will make sure you don’t burn out your commitment muscles and slowly build resilience and form healthy habits.

Get inspired by your timeline, and as you move forward - get motivated by your own pace.

It’s your life, you are the creator, focus on what you can do and the energy that you want to put towards what matters to you 🤍🫶 by @sixmonthcalendar

WEEK 12 OF OUR 14-WEEK CHALLENGE - see this week’s task below 👇

THE TASK:
Step 1: Identify where you would most benefit from time blocking - at work or in your private life?

Step 2: If you’ve never time-blocked before, start by observing how you spend your time every day, to see how you currently spend your time. Every time you switch activities, take a note.

I RECOMMEND USING GOOGLE CALENDAR APP FOR THIS!
However a planner will also do if you prefer pen and paper.

Step 3: Observe your “maintain & build” balance (from last weeks video).

Step 4: Implement changes through time blocking, by either swapping out some “Build” tasks with “Maintain” tasks or vice versa.

Pro Tip:
Identify “gaps” of free time in your schedule. If you are prone to worry or procrastination - choose to consciously dedicate this time for rest or journaling to connect with your emotions.

Let me know if you have any questions about Time Blocking!

I’m available for 1:1 consultations if you need more in-depth support.

👇 WEEK 11 TASK for a BETTER 2025 👇

TASK: Check your balance - are you stuck in a neglect & repair cycle, or are you steady on your build & maintain path?

HOW? Every life is unique, however, if you notice that things are falling through your hands, you are forgetful and it’s hard to be consistent - perhaps you are neglecting your MUST maintenance tasks and you are overinvesting yourself in BUILD tasks.

However, if you notice getting frustrated, unfulfilled and resentful - you may have gotten too busy with MAINTENANCE tasks, which means you have to start prioritizing things that move the needle in your life.

Check our PRIORITY matrix in our highlights to learn more about how to successfully sort out your tasks and create balance.

NEXT WEEK; we will tackle BOUNDARIES & SCHEDULING!

Let me know if you have any questions!

MENTAL OFFLOAD might be simple, yet simple doesn’t mean it is easy.🙏

Some of you might end up with a list that’s 4 pages long. Some will find themselves with short list, but with big worries with many questions on how to go forward.

Whatever your situation is, getting the contents of your mind out on paper is HUGE. That is how we can really SEE, what is standing in the way, and we can start using logical thinking to solve what we have at hand. 🤍

Once it’s all out, we can begin to start organizing it all, and come up with actionable steps that break the FREEZE STATE we typically find ourselves in, when we feel overwhelmed or don’t know where to head next.

This task is a great first step when you need to hit REFRESH on your life, organize your priorities or direct your efforts in a more meaningful way.

The calm and perspective on the other side of MENTAL OFFLOAD often turns out to be the only step necessary to stop worrying and doing things in haste that shouldn’t be done at all.

NEXT WEEK: we will be talking about PRIORITIES, so prepare any questions you might have for that one!

Once you’re done with this task, write “COMPLETE” in the comments to participate in our giveaway, where you will have the chance to WIN our Six-Month Calendar for 2025!

Good luck! by @sixmonthcalendar

WEEK 9 TASK: Be honest to yourself, about the areas in your life you would like to improve.

HOW?
Pick an area of your life that you want to improve and write out exactly how the current situation looks like. Remove all emotion, state only facts.

THEN: Realize that deep inside you already know what is the right thing to do or decision to take. YOU KNOW. Consider, what is keeping you away from taking it? What is standing in your way? What emotions are you avoiding?

IDENTIFY: what were you accomplishing by staying in your comfort zone? Is there a limiting belief you’re married to that you need to let go?

OR - perhaps you’re struggling with low self-esteem, boundaries and fears of abandonment?

Most of our issues are not about doing, but about feeling.
Once we address our emotions, that keep some areas of our life capped at a certain level - tend to them with compassion and love - and you will be able to move forward with clarity.

Now, does being honest to yourself and others come easy to you? by @sixmonthcalendar

WEEK 8 TASK: make THREE lists, and group activities that:

1️⃣ fill you with positive energy
2️⃣ are neutral to your energy
3️⃣ drain your energy

This knowledge is CRUCIAL as in the weeks ahead, when we will get to planning our 2025, we will use this list to make sure that your plans have a good balance between both things that recharge you and that drain you.

Life doesn’t always consist of positively charged tasks and projects. There’s bunch of things we need to do, that drain us.
And you’re making yourself zero favors by pursuing things you find difficult when you are feeling already depleted.

For me personally, I’m drained by things like filing taxes (😅), choosing things (shopping), planning, making decisions. They are important tasks, that make my life smooth & amazing, so I always make sure to do these when I’m feeling powerful, so I feel their energetical impact less.

It’s hard to let downer tasks affect you when you’ve just had a great experience. On my energizer list are activities like exercising, dancing, working and being with my friends.

What energizes you? ⚡️
And which tasks are surprisingly draining to you? by @sixmonthcalendar

WEEK 7 TASK:

Make a section in your diary or journal, where you can note down your triggers and states of disregulation whenever they appear.

THEN:

Inquire where your triggers are coming from? What is that situation reminding you of? Are your triggers diverse or do they have similar themes?

How do you wish you handled a situation instead? Is there another way to handle this situation?

THE GOAL:

Our purpose with this task is to help you get to know yourself better, identify your boundaries and advocate for yourself through alignment and centeredness, rather than ego and reactiveness.

Our best life lies on the other side of disregulation, in whichever form it currently exists in you - it has a path of healing and being transformed to wisdom and alignment!

NOTE - 🚨 SELF-AWARENESS IS A LIFE LONG PRACTICE 🚨

It’s the best way we can regulate our nervous system and prepare ourselves to experience success and handle failure or loss. There’s not much to be sad about, when we know we did the best we could, right?

Self-awareness about transforming from helplessness to accountability, responsibility and control over one’s lives outcomes. Essentially - it’s about growing up! And that journey doesn’t end at 21.

FINALLY:

How would you rate your current ability to self-regulate? ☺️ by @sixmonthcalendar
