Statewide recognition for two Monks. 👏

Layla Facchiano earns MWBCA Rookie of the Year and All-Rookie Team honors after an outstanding first season in blue, while Elisabeth Stapelfeld adds Second Team All-State recognition to cap a tremendous career.

HALL OF FAME 💙

Tonight, we celebrated the people and teams who helped shape the history of Saint Joseph’s College of Maine Athletics.

From record-breaking careers and championship teams to a coaching legacy built over decades, the 2026 Hall of Fame class represents the very best of what it means to be a Monk.

Congratulations to Rachelle Messuri, Lindsay Moore, J.P. Pyne, Coach Mike McDevitt, and the 2002–03 Men’s Basketball Team on this well-deserved honor.

Once a Monk, always a Monk. 💙
