A better system of organizing education is possible. Join our Group Me at the link in our bio to get involved! by @sjp.bobcats

On October 15th at noon, while the Board of Trustees is in a meeting with no room for public comment, anyone who wishes to imagine an alternative vision for our university is invited to gather on College Green to discuss the way forward together. This event will be a Peoples’ Forum, where undergrads, graduates, faculty, workers, and residents alike can share their experiences with university leadership, make connections, and offer ideas for bringing this university back into the hands of the people who actually represent this community. Let’s show our Board of Trustees what democracy looks like! For any accessibility needs, please contact athensjusticecoalition@proton.me by @sjp.bobcats
It’s now been three years since “Israel” begun escalating its genocide against the Palestinian people. Throughout these three years, ohio university has maintained its allegiance to death and destruction as it continues to partner with corporations which play a direct role in funding and supplying weapons to the genocidal state of “Israel”. Gather in community this Friday around cutler hall on college green as we honor our martyrs and remain uncompromising in our demands for ohio university to end its contribution to genocide and all imperial violence. 🇵🇸 by @sjp.bobcats
Join us THIS THURSDAY AT 6PM for our next education session! Come early for a free dinner in the basement at 5PM! This session will look at the history of ohio university, from its genocidal origins to its current role in perpetuating the neoliberal order. “The university is not a malfunctioning institution governed by misguided administrators, but a coherent ideological, economic, and spatial apparatus of the capitalist-imperialist order. We understand that ruling institutions persist by cultivating habits, beliefs, and forms of obedience that reproduce the social order generation after generation.” — NSJP Position Paper 2026 🇵🇸 by @sjp.bobcats
This October 7th marks three years of the escalated assault against the Palestinian people within generations of occupation, apartheid and genocide. Join us this Wednesday at 7PM for vigil to honor our martyrs on college green on the side of memorial auditorium. 🇵🇸 by @sjp.bobcats
