sometimes the hardest part of motherhood is knowing when to step in… and when to let them fight their own battles. 🥹

so thankful for @gbchantilly & @jesse0369 for helping build her confidence, strength, & resilience!

cool moms have cool hobbies / ours is paying to keep our heart rates unnecessarily high for a long time 🙂

we did it @heyjesskim_ 🫡💪😮‍💨✌️🔥

despite the cramps 😱 (which i genuinely thought were about to get you carted off 😂), we still made amazing time 🤙🤙🤙 1:30:10 ✨ (which should be 1:29:55 because we disagree with the penalty 🤨)

so proud of you for pushing through and showing so much grit.
thanks for being my partner in chaos & pain! 🤝🏼🤭

ocean city 2026 by @skang.yi

happy 40th birthday 🍯❤️ we spent the last few days in ocean city celebrating you & my heart is so full! i am so grateful for the life we’ve built together - you are kind, loving, thoughtful, and the most steady person i know. watching you love our family is one of my greatest life blessings! the way you love our girls, encourage them, & make them feel safe and cherished is something i will never take for granted. i wouldn’t want to do this life with anyone else! 40 years of you is such a gift celebrate. happy birthday my love! 🤍 by @skang.yi

so freaking proud of my girl!!! 🥹⚽️

first time playing 5v5, big field, taking goal kicks, throw-ins, & corners— all against girls two years older than her. ryan scored her team’s only goal today, and our sideline sounded like we had just won the championship 🎉

the girls played their hearts out, and this felt like such a huge win for them. first time playing at this level & they showed so much grit and determination! more exciting than the world cup! 🤣 soccer mom in me is absolutely beaming x100000. ❤️⚽️ let’s go netherlands 🇳🇱
