20+yr LE/LMT industry vet & co-founder of @shopcrystalandco I post about my businesses, projects, and share stories. Enjoy! Or, ya know, don't?

POSTS STORIES REELS

I listened to my body and I don't claim negative words thrown my way. I've never been an Eeyore a$$ individual and couldn't possibly be bothered to start wallowing in the non-sense at this great big age. I almost fell for it. Almost.

Grateful fuh sho 💖
I knew it but now my doctors know too. Now for them to focus on the other "C" word while I get everything in order to share more wins.
Big ups me 💃🏻🎉💅🏽🥰😎 by @skinandbodybyab

A little health update. It's mental health awareness month so I felt this was worth sharing.
Ironically doctors have been the culprits to a mental roller coaster I didn't even know I had a ticket for. I'm still on the roller coaster but my hands are up and I remembered I'm not afraid of heights so... I'm winning. by @skinandbodybyab

A couple of newer reviews and one I hadn't shared 🥹 I love my clients and they love me. by @skinandbodybyab

You say "witch" like it's a bad thing 🧙🏼‍♀️
Being a witch means living in this world consciously, powerfully, and unapologetically.
As we enter the season of the witch think about ways to embrace your inner-WITCH. by @skinandbodybyab

We'll be posted up at @smitherpark this Sunday September 20 from 1-5. All weekend there will be artist's, music, vendors, good vibes, and more suitable for the whole family. We'll be displaying new peices and have remade some sold-out sensations.
And as always $5 from every item goes towards the organization of your choosing; @fielhouston or @heal.palestine
We're so grateful for you choosing to shop our item and help make a difference. It all helps.
See y'all there! by @skinandbodybyab

These markets are on our lineup this month. For now we're limiting ourselves to 2 markets a month to allow time to keep up with demand without compromising the quality of our product. The online store will be up and running very soon.
Hope to see you this Friday at @saintarnoldbrewing or Sunday the 20th at @smitherpark. Maybe both? 🤔😁😎
And of course please remember that right $5 from each item purchased goes towards @fielhouston or @heal.palestine
Hope to see y'all out! by @skinandbodybyab

Last night I was able to attend a viewing of @watermelonpictures @americandoctorfilm at @theriveroakstheatre . Hosted by @heal.palestine representative Dr. Farah Shah with guest speaker Dr. Haroon Patel who was in Gaza providing aid for the insured. I wish I could say it was "good". While being very well-done, informative, and incredibly powerful you simply cannot overlook the fact that this is a film that should not have had to be made. And that fact itself is not good. It's awful. The point is made throughout the film that hospitals are safe spaces; not just "even" but ESPECIALLY in war. Yes, it's a hard watch but we mustn't forget that this is actively going on. People are being bombed and starved. Starved not just of food, but aid in the form of life saving drugs, access to medical care, compassion. Where is the value for human life?

(Not so) Fun Facts: lost lives edition
- Over 260 journalists and media
- Over 560 aid workers
- 1,700 health-care workers
- Over 73,000 Palestinians
And our American tax dollars are paying for it

If you're called to do something in any way please reach out to @heal.palestine. There are so many ways you can help. by @skinandbodybyab

Just a memory I had that made me happy so I thought I'd share. by @skinandbodybyab

@shopcrystalandco are so honored to share that @heal.palestine has accepted our partnership 🥹
HEAL Palestine is a nonpolitical, nonreligious nonprofit that deliver urgent relief and support to Palestinian children and families. Through Health, Education, Aid, and Leadership they provide critical care and resources while centering grassroots leadership and community-led recovery.
It means so much to us to support such an incredible organization. Please follow @heal.palestine to learn more about them and see the impact they are making through the stories they share.
We'll be sharing what we're doing to help very soon. by @skinandbodybyab

What a great event Saturday at @dtogalveston
It was our very first market 😁 And even after having forgotten some things like the table 🙃 and, are you ready? ALMOST FORGETTING THE BRACELETS 🫪🫠 it still went really well. We were so touched to have had our concept so well received.
The most memorable thing of the evening was someone coming to the table and not making a purchase but still making a donation.
🥹 Muh heart 😭
We introduced "La Linea Del Amor y Paz" and raised money for @fielhouston as well as new partner @heal.palestine
We have so much to share so stay tuned.
Please share the page if you feel so inclined. by @skinandbodybyab

@shopcrystalandco is beyond proud to announce the first non-profit organization to accept our partnership.
FIEL (Familias Inmigrantes y Estudiantes en la Lucha / Immigrant Families and Students in the Fight) is a Houston-based, immigrant-led non-profit civil rights organization that advocates for fair immigration laws, access to higher education for all, and community rights, regardless of immigration status.
We believe deeply in what @fielhouston stands for and very much want to provide support by raising money for their cause with our products aswell as providing education to the community.
Stay tuned because there's so much more to share. For now give @fielhouston a follow.
We're so excited to share more. by @skinandbodybyab
