2 spaces left tomorrow🤍🤍

Join us for a blissful soothing Autumn evening in our little sanctuary of sound where you will experience a muti-sensory journey weaving together spicy and sweet Autumnal pure essential oil blends with sound frequencies to soothe and quieten the mind. Deeply relax in flickering candlelight to feel peaceful and calm.

What will happen in the Aromatherapy Soothing Sound Bath?

Soothing Autumn aromatherapy oils will be diffused in the air on arrival. Specific therapeutic blends applied to the pulse points. Gentle mists of aromatic oils are sprayed into the air intermittently at different points throughout the sound bath, curated to take you to deeper layers of relaxation. Aromatherapy has a positive impact on our emotional well-being, reduces stress and anxiety, promotes relaxation and creates a sense of internal balance.

Each Aromatherapy Soothing Sound Bath begins with oracle cards and a soothing meditation to settle and become truly present. Comfortably lie back for the duration of the sound bath where you are invited with freedom to encounter and experience the therapeutic sounds and aromas as they fill the space and flow through you.

Have you ever seen a sound bath cuter and cosier? 🍂 by @skininthewilds

Just 4 spaces left…

Join us in the Temple Wellness Centre, Parkmill, Swansea as autumn invites us to slow down. For 75 minutes of deep and effortless rest with Yoga Nidra, sound healing and delicious sweet treats. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to go—just time to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself.

Yoga Nidra known as ‘yogic sleep’ is a state of conscious sleep where the body is guided into deep relaxation whilst you remain in a comfortable lying position. You’ll be taken through a gentle journey of body awareness, breath and visualisation. Unlike a typical yoga class, there is no physical movement or stretching. The intention is to help the body relax deeply while you are gently aware and present. The mind begins to produce a new rhythm of alpha brain waves, we become ‘abridged’ between the thinking mind (Beta) and the dream state (Theta). Insights, images, visions, and emotions can gracefully appear. The space between reality and dreams blur.

The lulling sweet tones of the crystal singing bowls, chalices and chimes flow gently through the body, loosening tension for a calm nervous system. Each vibration invites you to soften a little more, breathe a little slower, and settle safely into the present moment.

Your body will feel heavier, your breath slower, your mind quiet and spacious. This is an invitation to pause and deeply rest and enjoy tasty sweet treats.

I can wait to see you in our new cosy space.
