In his own words
'I teach because then I can see people changing, both mentally and physically. Some people start to train Hapkido, because they want to be fit, others to improve their health, and some want to be able to protect themselves and their loved ones. With Hapkido a student will gain self-defence skills and confidence, as well as physical and psychological flexibility, and I am lucky to see all these things at each level as the student progresses to becoming a master. I am happy to welcome you to Hapkido classes.'
