SKY BREEZE × SMOKE & BITTERS — A NIGHT TO REMEMBER. 🔥🥃 LOVE LOCALS

From Unawatuna to Hiriketiya, we brought a little of our Bar Scene spirit along the coast.

At the heart of this takeover was our head bartender, Isuru — bringing his creativity, care and love for Sri Lankan flavours to every pour. Seeing him share the stories behind our cocktails across a new bar was a proud moment for the Sky Breeze family.

To the legendary Smoke & Bitters team, thank you for welcoming us behind your bar and sharing your space, your passion and your hospitality. Getting to create alongside people who care so deeply about their craft made this collaboration special.

To our Sky Breeze crew, huge thank you for all the preparation and heart that went into bringing this night together.

And to everyone who joined us, tried our creations and shared a conversation over a cocktail — thank you for being part of the story.

Two bars, a shared love for the craft, and a night that reminded us why we do this.

With love, from the Sky Breeze family.

Every evening, before the first guest arrives, we light it up one candle at a time. 🕯️
The lanterns come out, the bar warms up, and Una slows down.
This is our evening ritual. Come be part of it. ✨

By day, he weaves chairs. By night, his peanut butter ends up in your glass. 🥜🍸

Meet the man behind our Nutflix. His homemade peanut butter goes to restaurants across the area, and at Sky Breeze we turn it into one of our favourite cocktails: washed, strained, poured and stirred until it's crystal clear, then finished with a caramelized banana on top.

Every sip has a story, and this one starts just down the road. 🌴

Nutflix. Now showing at the bar. 🎬

Bold, rich, and unmistakably Sri Lankan.

Our Black Pork Curry features tender pork slow-braised in a dark, spice-rich gravy infused with the depth of Ceylon spices and mushrooms. Served with a fresh Green & Gold salad and finished with a drizzle of olive mustard dressing. 🌿✨
A little heat, a lot of flavour, and a dish made to be savoured.
Come taste the Sri Lankan flavours at Sky Breeze. 🌴🍽️
