I understand the scepticism towards online coaching, you think there’s less support l, you don’t have someone holding your hand throughout your one hour training session.

But you do have someone holding your hand through the tough days, and create you a structured plan as opposed to you doing the guesswork🤝

Your Friday morning reminder that perspective is everything🧠✨

Every time I catch myself having a bitch or a moan, I try to flip that switch.

What a privilege it is to have a bitch and a moan about silly little things that don’t even matter in the grand scheme of life.

As a fellow foodie off plan meals are one of my favourite parts of the week😍

They are important for incorporating flexibility, enjoyment, time with loved ones whilst keeping your relationship with food sweet🍔🍫✨

But can you have calorie dense off plan meals every single week and continue making a progress? Emmm debatable and probably not.

When off plan meals starting making you feel like shit, impacting your digestion and energy levels ask yourself if it’s even worth it?

The Chinese that you must have every week, that tastes the exact same as it always does, from the place the will always be there- will in fact always be there🤷🏼‍♀️👀

Progress can be made with flexibility, but not the fuck it button💋

New territory is about to be reached🚀🤝

Here comes my lil vegan QUEEN🌱🤝✨

Mentioning Emily’s veganism is important, we’ve been on a journey with her protein intake🤣🤝

THERE IS NO CHANGE TO SCALE WEIGHT HERE, I REPEAT THE SCALES HAVE REMAINED THE SAME👀

But what has changed is her body composition, body fat levels, training intensity and improved nutrition👑

We’re currently in the process of laying down all the foundations for her first proper dieting phase early next year- which is exciting! And it can be harder to feel like you’re making progress when the scales remain the same for a period of time (luckily she has me here to remind her how far she’s come hehe) 🫶

Emily came to be new to strength training, we have since nailed learning the basics, and now we’re working on a more advanced split. We’re only just starting to tap into to actually pushing to her limits on the gym floor🤝

One of my favourite things about coaching Emily is her willingness to learn, she asks the questions and I see the togs turning🧠 we’ve recently tapped into the “top set, and back off” method and already added 25kg to her leg extension- just getting fkn started🌶️

Proud of my lil quorn nugget👑👑
