The best birthday weekend. Auntie Ashley came out and blew up allll the balloons unannounced to her..Mama made a baby friendly gluten and dairy free cake, papa grilled some delish burgs. First time eatings of sardines for the newbs @tonymartinezmusic and @ashleynicoboyd were had. Special birthday pancakes, beautiful company, new play friends and the cutest gifts for Phi. If you’ve never been to a salt room before, I highly recommend. Not only did it help with my allergies and sinus pressure, it toned down my inflammation and my skin felt softer. I got the most epic Halotherapy facial with Brandy with hot stones, sound therapy and they carry one of my fave Organic skincare lines @eminenceorganics If you’re in the Boise area, you need to experience this. Thank you @boisesaltsanctuary 🙌🏻 by @skyelerkole

My little Tinky is 6 months old today! The time really has gone by so fast. I just love watching her curious mind and personality develop everyday. This is purpose. This is real love. We are so fortunate to have this funny, sweet and beautiful child bless the world with her light. Happy half Birthday buggy! You are so so loved! by @skyelerkole

And I think to myself…What did I do to deserve you? Phoenix Raine, you really are the best gift and I’m so proud of you my thriving beauty 💛#lifelately by @skyelerkole
