I came to surf, but apparently I’m the wave🌊🏄🏻‍♀️

#skylareileen

I could teach you how to ride my wave, while I discover the rhythm of yours🤭

I know we both have oceans to navigate, but I’d love to find time to drift into yours.✨

I heard love comes in waves, so why don’t we plan to catch a few together?😌

See you on the next wave😌 by @skylareileen

Catch me if you can. I’d hate for your imagination to be the only place we have chemistry✨

I like a little tension. It gives the silence something to say🤫

When you finally get close, I hope you remember what you were so eager to find out🤭

Tell me what caught your eye. I’ll tell you what you missed👩🏻‍🦯

What will you discover when you stay a lil longer?💭 by @skylareileen

Whatever you do, do it with passion

Your mind is like a garden —— and your words are like seeds🌱

Let me grow toward the sun. Come close enough to feel the warmth🌞

Let me bloom at my own pace. You’ll understand the temptation to linger🪷

Tell me something I’ll want to take root🪴

What you gon’ plant with me?👩🏻‍🌾🍉🥭 by @skylareileen

Someone imagined these stairs before anyone ever took the first step. They gave the walls their curves, made space for the light, and trusted that one day people would find their way through.

I think about that when I look at the life I’m building. So much of what we hope for begins as something only we can see. Then we give it shape through the choices we make, the places we go, and the courage to keep showing up. Be present for the building. Notice how far you’ve come, even when you can’t see the whole staircase from where you stand. There is beauty in this part of the journey, too.🕯️🩵

Water Baby In Red ❤️🌋

She wore red at the foot of a volcano,
resting against a horse dressed in white.
You might think she came from the fire,
but she’s belonged to water her whole life.

She knows how to move with a current,
how to feel what the surface won’t show.
She can be gentle enough to hold you
and still know when it’s time to go.

Ohhh red,
It’s never meant recklessness in her eyes,
But passion that awakens beneath a quiet guise.
The kind that doesn’t have to destroy,
Just to prove how much it can give.

Red against white horses,
A vision heaven sent.
Passion resting besides peace,
But neither made to repent.

The mountain kept its heat beneath the earth.
While the horse stood steady at her side.
And there she was,
a water baby in red.
Soft in touch,
with a whole tide inside.

Kinda feel like going blonde again but idk I do love my dark hair. Change is good, but I can’t help to ask myself whether I want to change it because I’m evolving or do I need to see myself differently? Then that leads me to think about how do I know when reinvention is calling me forward or when I just need to appreciate who I already am? 😂 idk maybe I’m just overthinking it, and changing my hair is just changing my hair.
