In the early 80’s my comic collection was just beginning, mostly through gifts and hand me downs. Though I never bought an issue off the rack during it’s short run, I did for some reason, enjoy the issues of BLUE DEVIL that were passed on to me. For this reason, I was delighted to listen to my Meanwhile at the Podcast, co-host, George, along with Eric from @longboxreview and Damian @sleepyreader666 read through/review BLUE DEVIL “Summer Fun” ANNUAL 1 on Episode 384 of the show that he’s, I am still a part of. These books are old, ragged, well read, and seared into my memory. Looks like my dog or cats also loved them🤦🏽‍♂️This is what 9 year old ArtNeRRd was reading alongside, Superman, Batman, Spider-Man, GI JOE, etc. by @sleepyreader666

R.I.P. the wonderful John Stout. Great friend, huge comic book fan, Batman enthusiasts extraordinaire, huge supporter of the YouTube comics community and all around lovable human being. He had a sparkling personality and an infectious sense of humor. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
He passed this morning, August 19th, quietly and unexpectedly at home, in bed. by @sleepyreader666
