Sunny 16 rule, The first two I shot manually and followed the Sunny 16 rule. It was a bright sunny day.
Using fuji200 and aperture of 16 and a decision based shutter of 250. (theres no 200 on my camera) - Research “Sunny 16 rule”
-
Now the next two is before I had a manual adapter (not that I knew what I was doing anyway 🤣) and the shutter was automatic but aperture was chosen by me.
-
You can see how manually deciding your camera settings is creative and more appealing! I did get it wrong many times too but it goes to show that automatic and relying on the light meter wont always give you that unique and powerful image that you yourself can bring with just a little trial and error. - light meters are also good just as a guide.
