This is a smile of pride. Last night’s election results proved we have awoken. We see each other — people of all races and classes — and we all matter. We all deserve a chance at an affordable life, safety in our country, and a government that better serves its citizens. I have been in a depression for 2 years. The 2024 election was devastating to hope. Today, I am smiling again. ❤️ #hope #america by @smartshopperdaphne

Safe reveal 🔓 It is EMPTY! After $150 and a lot of curiosity, the mystery is solved — nothing inside, but it was dry. Now it is becoming a time capsule: election results and photos of our home go in after Nov 3. #renovation #homereno #surprisefind by @smartshopperdaphne

Safe update 🔓 Decision made — a locksmith is coming Monday to unlock it! I will post an update once it is open. What do you think is inside? #renovation #homereno #surprisefind by @smartshopperdaphne

Safe update 🔒 Still locked! I tried different codes and Reddit — no luck. I will pay someone to open it, but not $300. Know someone who can crack it that is a licensed Locksmith? Let me know — stay tuned! #renovation #homereno #surprisefind by @smartshopperdaphne

Renovation surprise 😳 Found a safe in the floor. Would you open it or leave it alone? #renovation #homereno #surprisefind by @smartshopperdaphne

📬 Gone 4 days. Came home to THIS.

Every piece of it is election junk mail. Not one bill, not one letter from an actual human — just politicians flooding my mailbox.

I'm so over it. They intrude on our homes, our phones, our TVs… then act like we work for them.

One day I hope we vote remembering it works the other way around: they serve us. We don't serve them. Remember that. 🗳️

How many mailers did YOU get this week? 👇

✈️ It said BREAKFAST. I got two cookies. 🍪🍪

Alaska Airlines today, Liberia (Costa Rica) → LAX — 5 hrs 56 min nonstop. The flight details said "Meal: Breakfast," so I skipped buying food before boarding.

Six hours later, all that was served: one Biscoff packet with 2 small cookies.

Smart shopper lesson: screenshot the promise (mine's right here 👇) — and pack a backup snack anyway. A screenshot is your receipt if you follow up.

@alaskaair — your own flight details promised breakfast on a 6-hour flight. Coach passengers believed it.

Ever had an airline promise a meal that never came? 👇

☕ Make your coffee at home.

$2+ at Starbucks vs. pennies in your kitchen. Beans + filter + hot water — that's it.

Do more for yourself, save more. 💰

🚨 Deal alert: Safeway has boneless chicken breast at $1.67/lb — cheapest I've seen in months.

Clip the digital coupon in the app. First 8 lbs, limit 1 per household. Ends Oct 20.

Miss it? Fry's has wings at $1.99/lb.

Unit price is the real price tag. 🧾 by @smartshopperdaphne
