Snags is now over 2 years old! What started off as a passion is slowing growing into a business that is starting to pay the bills.

This video explains some, of many, reasons I started the business.
As a baby in this industry, I’m really thankful for all the support, trust, and grace that our clients have given us. And also super thankful for my small team of 2 who are always doing their best. by @snagsmalaysia

Most people think sausages are easy to make.
They’re not.

What you’re seeing here is part of our 3-day process.
From grinding the meat, to stuffing into natural sheep casings, to chilling them properly before packing — every step affects the final texture.

We’ve spent months testing temperatures, processes, and formulations because consistency matters.

When a cafe serves out our sausages, every customer remember the experience.
Our job is to make sure the sausage never lets you down.
That’s why every batch is handmade in small batches and delivered fresh within days.

If you’re a cafe owner or chef looking for a reliable sausage supplier, send us a DM.

“Low skill”? Think again. 🔪

It took us years to perfect this. Behind every Snags sausage is a team that takes the craft seriously.

To every kitchen that said yes: thank you for having us. 🧡

We went around to thank the partners who put Snags on their menus. Food brings people together, and you’re the reason ours reaches the table.

Malaysia Day isn’t just about celebrating — it’s also a good reason to reconnect. 🇲🇾
Day 2 of visiting our customers and dropping off some kuih! 🥮
No samples, no deliveries, no sales pitch.
Just a small gift, a quick chat, and some time to catch up.
Because at Snags, it’s not always just about business.
Sometimes, it’s simply about keeping the relationship going. 🧡

Ever wondered how we make our Beef Sausage? 👀

From prepping the meat to mixing everything together, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into every batch.

There’s a lot more to making a sausage than you might think. 🌭

Okay… this was harder than we thought. 😂🇲🇾
14 customers. 4 hours. And a whole lot of kuih to deliver.

We thought we had a plan… until the deliveries actually started. 👀

Did we make it to everyone in time?

14 customers. 14 different boxes. Only 4 hours. 🇲🇾

This Malaysia Day, we decided to do something a little different.

A small way for us to say thank you to the cafés and bakehouses that have been supporting Snags along the way. 🧡

Did we make it in time? 👀
Watch till the end to find out!

Here’s one way our sausages make it onto a café menu — Cheese Sausage paired with a creamy pesto pasta at NIJU Coffee Hub.

Cheesy, garlicky and made to work with more than just a breakfast plate.

We always love seeing how cafés get creative with Snags and turn our sausages into something of their own. 🧡

Got Snags on your menu? Tag us — we’d love to see what you’re cooking!
