👋 // Hello friends, it’s been a minute! We are thrilled to give this page a facelift after a long hiatus and emerge as Descent Theory.
.
It has been an arduous journey to complete our debut album, but it is finally done. Along the way we have acquired a new member, the incomparable @jtwmusic on guitar (and maybe trumpet…? 👀😁).
.
The new name we feel appropriately represents our vision as we enter into a fresh and exciting era of the band.
.
Stay tuned for shows, music, shredding, and overall good vibes 😎

And to our INCREDIBLE guest artists for their contributions:
@donnymccaslinmusic @iamj3po @francois.chanvallon @pohhock_guitar

And to the other insanely talented humans in our sphere that we have the privilege of working with:
@movementmedia.prod @davidlingmusic @bigpartyent @thepeterbarquet @vfx_design_studio @samaviations @kgreeneproductions @wheres_mr._bailey
.
They say it takes a village, and that sentiment could not ring truer after everything we’ve put into this record. We hope this music will take you on an adventure, and we hope you enjoy the ride!🙏❤️🤘

Couple choruses on Relaxin at Camarillo. Recently been reaching for more rhythmically angular melodies while trying to bring it back at the end of a phrase. Sometimes works sometimes it really doesn’t 😂 thankfully my dude @kevinscollins puts up with my bullshit
.
Someone somewhere told me I should post more sax content so here we are 😂
