![S3: E9 — allow me to reintroduce myself.✨
2026 MS. BODYBUILDING AMERICA 🇺🇸🏆
this win still feels surreal. the moment my name was called is still a bit of a blur. i’ve been chasing a PRO overall title in WBB/WPD for a while now, and although i’m not a results-driven athlete, this one means so much to me.
this season has been nothing short of incredible, but show after show, i’ve come up “short” in my eyes. second place. third place. what i would call “missing the mark.”
but david has continually instilled one thing in me: PROGRESS OVER PLACEMENT. he’s reminded me time and time again that regardless of where i finish, i’ve gotten better with every single show.
and this weekend was the perfect reminder that bodybuilding is a journey of its own. any given day can be anybody’s win, and saturday was simply my time. 🤍
countless hours of early morning cardio. late-night workouts after 12-hour shifts. endless meal prep, weighing, and planning. the days are long, the sacrifices can sometimes feel overwhelming, and the discipline required doesn’t take a day off. but it’s worth every bit of it.
thank you, david, for always believing in me, pushing me to be my absolute best, knowing when to push and when to pull back, and guiding me through peak after peak with an [almost] perfect success rate. we’ve continued to level up together, and i’m so excited to see what’s still to come.🫱🏽🫲🏾
thank you, mom & dad, for your endless help, patience, support, and encouragement. having you at my shows means more to me than you’ll ever know, and getting to share this moment with you in person made this win that much more special.💚
and nia — my stand-in coach — thank you for making show days seamless, never missing a beat, and doing it all without hesitation. you are such a blessing to this team, and especially to me. you were my stand-in coach when i earned my PRO card in WPD, and having you by my side for my first WBB overall win made this such a full-circle moment.🥹
nine shows in, and somehow, still getting better.
progress over placement.
trust the process; give god the glory.
but always remember…we ain’t done yet.🤘🏽 by @snapbackjacq](https://scontent-sjc3-1.cdninstagram.com/v/t51.82787-15/847570187_18633224521038568_709007666355775798_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_e35_s640x640_tt6&_nc_cat=105&ccb=7-5&_nc_sid=18de74&efg=eyJlZmdfdGFnIjoiQ0FST1VTRUxfSVRFTS5iZXN0X2ltYWdlX3VybGdlbi5DMyJ9&_nc_ohc=YNtS5Ep3BHcQ7kNvwFF1MHN&_nc_oc=AdpN7L7yk-tg_2zMSfFJpj0JcT_-9rlRvrO0GnX22KwQwVKIjerHOMgFrrUaAuEtwpgAReYOO42f5lywN-G8lWQx&_nc_zt=23&_nc_ht=scontent-sjc3-1.cdninstagram.com&_nc_gid=GQmmCaevUPHMCjewRh5M5g&_nc_ss=70689&oh=00_AQSszSGEBpBPLrQQFE8frQsXk4MwWiqPebfmkRG-_Ui8_A&oe=6AF0C0D6)
