Niedzwetzkyana Red Flesh Apples. A little piece of apple history we can’t wait to work with. 🍎 Niedzwetzkyana apples trace back to the wild apple forests of Central Asia and they are prized for natural anthocyanin-rich red flesh. Now we get to juice it, ferment it, and see what this rare old genetic treasure can bring to our next cider. ❤️#showmeyourharvest by @snowcappedcider

Fenouillet Gris 🍏 Fenouillet Gris is a French heirloom apple, believed to be one of the seven varieties chosen for the gardens of Versailles by King Louis XIV. It’s easy to understand why. Uniquely perfumed, this apple unfolds with the nuanced character of autumn—delicate aromas of fennel seed and anise giving way to an exceptionally light, subtle palate. Notes of overripe apple, apple skin, and soft autumn spice make this a truly distinctive old-world variety. 🍂🍎This bottle was served at Smith Fork Ranch in Crawford, Colorado for their dinner guests this week. You may find this beautiful bottle at places like Redfield Cider,Ca and scion Cider bar, Ut. And in Snow Capped Cider taproom & Winebar in Colorado. Cheers to drinking fabulous apples. 🍎🍾 by @snowcappedcider
