‘The Circle of Life’

19.11.2023-The scenes were devastating at Ahmedabad. The cricket fan in evey Indian had almost died.We lost the hope of winning ICC Trophy.

29.06.2024- ‘Muze vo trophy dikhte hai bas’
The man who changed the culture of Indian Cricket by leading with example. The man,The Myth,The Legend. That desperation was always seen on Rohit’s face and what a way to finish his T20 international career. The tears were of joy, hardwork and most importantly the hunger for having that World Cup trophy.

The greatest player of the game delivered when needed the most. There’s no replacement for VIRAT, the passion, the determination, the aggression he brings to the side is unmatched. Our generation should consider ourselves lucky to have seen him in his prime.

‘Khada hu aaj bhi vahi’ to ‘Lehra Do Lehra Do Sarkashi Ka Parcham Lehra Do’ we all healed ourselves. This team made the impossible possible.Thank you for making 1.4 billion proud and for making them sleep peacefully.I have never seen Rahul Dravid showing his emotions, but man celebrated the victory with all the emotions. It was seen in his eyes how desperately he needed that. Still remember he was the first to show after the 2023 World cup final lost and last to leave after 2024 World Cup win.Thank you Jammy.

I want the time to stop right now, can’t see cricket without Virat and Rohit. The Duo that made our lives happy are stepping towards last stage of there career. We aren’t ready for this.’Kal kya pata inke liye aankhein taras jayegi’.Thank you for everything my idols.

This team was special, this captain was special, these bowlers were special, this feeling is special.

Wondered why people talk about Udaipur… until it was my turn✨❤️ by @so_hmmm_

Golden hour hits different in Udaipur✨ by @so_hmmm_

Yesterday I walked away from my job.
Today, after almost three years, I walked back onto a cricket field.

Forty overs in the field, eight overs with the ball, and then 170 minutes with the bat… and somehow it ended with a not-out hundred. But honestly, the runs were not the real story.

The real story was remembering who I am.

There was a time in school when cricket was a daily routine, not a special event. Life moved on, responsibilities came in, and somewhere the game slowly disappeared. I didn’t realise how much of my happiness was quietly tied to it until today.
Standing on that field again felt like healing. The sound of the bat, the long time under the sun, the small conversations between overs — it does something to you. It clears your head in a way nothing else can.

Men may not always speak their hearts, but on a cricket field, everything finds its way out.
Somehow, with just a bat and ball, you heal more than we realise.

Thank you, cricket, for reminding me what real happiness feels like.
For the memories, for today, and for reminding me that some parts of us never really leave.I love you❤️🏏 by @so_hmmm_
