The Shape of Repetition - A Visual & Stage Design Concept The Shape of Repetition explores geometry, repetition, and movement through a simple array of cubes that evolves into an ever changing architectural structure through the interplay of shadow and light. The performance takes place within a narrow, enclosed environment designed to eliminate visual distractions and focus the audience's attention on the stage. The stage surface reflects the surrounding illumination, while opaque, fluted glass introduces texture, depth, and subtle reflection, mirroring the virtual environment, while being its physical extension. Repeated cubic elements establish a strong visual rhythm across the performance space. These forms shift, rotate, expand, and contract in deliberate patterns, putting the audience in a trance like state. by @sobeswag
I still remember seeing Justice in Oakland about a year ago. I originally went for KAYTRANADA, who I’m a huge fan of, he was opening for Justice. Of course, I knew who the duo were, but no video online could have prepared me for what I was about to experience. For the next two hours, I witnessed a live show that completely blew my mind in ways I still can’t fully put into words. The only thing I can say is, if you haven’t seen Justice live, do yourself a favor and go as soon as you can. You won’t regret it. Live music visuals I created inspired by 'IRIS: A Space Opera by Justice' @etjusticepourtous by @sobeswag
A look into the Blender project file for the 'MONSTER' created for the 2025 NBA Youngboy MASA Tour by @sobeswag
Created the 'MONSTER' for NBA Youngboy MASA tour. This shows the full interstitial created for this sequence, recorded by a fan. This took the most amount of work for my part in show, requiring sculpting, modeling, hair grooming, rigging, smoke simulation, and including the environment, even more! The animation was done by another artist, who helped me meet the tight deadline. Unfortunately, he is private. Taking a look back on last year where I created set extensions for YoungBoy NBA MASA Tour This was a huge effort of technical skills, including set dressing, modeling, texturing, character sculpting, hair grooming, smoke/fire simulation, and much more. A HUGE thank you to the @wastedpotential team for their continued trust in my work. 📸 @marlovisuals_ Credits: Artist: @nba_youngboy Creative Direction: @theauntiesinc @coco_gilbert @teyanataylor WP Executive Producer: @cfellz WP Visual Direction: @zachconcepts @dr.proctor14 @zacmarcus WP Set/Production Designer: @zachconcepts WP Creative Producer: @joey.vesuvius WP Visual Artists: @dr.proctor14 @revilo_stuff @opstyix @sobeswag @demuny_ WP D3 Operator/Programmer: @chrismaydesigns WP Notch Programmer: @chrismaydesigns WP Lighting Programmer: @jordannoltner.lx WP Lighting Operator: @cody_koss Production Vendor: @fusetechnicalgroup Fabrication Vendor: @gallagherstaging SFX Vendor: @pyrotecnico YB Team: @1225ktwice @feebanks_ @alexjunnier Tour Director: @kevinpuig Tour Manager: @dredavis Production Manager: @zombieinktattoos Agency: @mac.agency Photographer: @henryfrxncis Video Edit: @_ypcyoungboy by @sobeswag

Creating the Graffiti Wall for the AREA 909 stage @arcmusicfestival by @sobeswag
Living Graffiti Wall, created for the Area 909 stage @arcmusicfestival I was given a set of posters featuring the artists playing on the same stage and asked to distress them like a real wheat paste wall you’d find on any city street I was already planning on going to the festival, so it was really cool getting to jump on this last minute gig and then see it up in person the next weekend Creative Direction: @_zooeyglass_ Poster Designs: @rtst @oliviag.c by @sobeswag
Direction & Creation of visuals for HHUNTER by @sobeswag When designing visuals for @__hhunter__ , one thing was obviously clear. It needed to be forged from aggression, instinct, and unrelenting motion. Drawing from an almost animalistic energy, the result mirrors the raw intensity of industrial techno, where pounding rhythms, mechanical force, and primal emotion collide. Every frame is designed to feel alive: restless, feral, and constantly pushing forward. Distorted forms, harsh textures, and perpetual movement. 📸 @jermangos @psi.studios by @sobeswag

LADY GAGA THE MAYHEM BALL TOUR 2025 This was an incredibly fulfilling project to be a part of from start to finish. Everyone involved poured every ounce of their creativity, passion, and energy into bringing this show to life. The result is a production that not only matches Lady Gaga's radiating performance, but then elevates that energy to even greater heights. Thanks to the @humanprsn team for having me. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I would spend another month in Vegas if it means working on Projects with such passionate artists like this 🖤🌹 Credits: THE MAYHEM BALL for LADY GAGA Creative Direction, Show Direction, and Video Content by Human Person @bendalgleish @ianvalentine @franceswaite @mollyleishman @borakyungmin @mattcummer @febe_m @_ash_smith @timmarriott @haha_mybad @osaki.png @nymayes @stephenhedges.i @haha_mybad Directed by @ladygaga Creative Direction / Executively Produced @ladygaga & Michael Polansky Creative Direction & Choreography: @parrisgoebel Show Director: @bendalgleish Content Director: @ianvalentine Creative Producers: @borakyungmin @mollyleishman Art Director: @franceswaite Concept Artist & Storyboarding: @febe_m Technical Director: @stephenhedges.i Media Director: @mattcummer Content Art Directors: @timmarriott @osaki.png @febe_m Project Coordinator: @nymayes Editors: @haha_mybad @d.rr.e.w @elliot.barbernell @tayloraward Additional Animation Team: @sobeswag, @linuskraemer_uk @shrednector, @yanpauldubbelman @plain_pockets harleywrecks @bentway23 @evokedform @drewtyndell Title Card Design: @blssnd Title Cards 3D Modeling: @waarp Notch & Snapchat Integration: @ryan_darkmatter, @adam_darkmatter Stage Design: @esdevlin @jasonardizzonewest Lighting Design: @fragment_nine Musical Direction: @_natural @krispooley @babebrice Management @wanaynay D3 Programming: @lorenbarton @james.gallo, Dan Scully, Kayla Humphries Shoot: @6degreesfilms Shoot: @blacklake_ @dpfx.to Fan Activation: yung studio Film Photos: @ianvalentine @humanprsn by @sobeswag
