For Sale l Open House

The details of this exceptional Cliff May pool home were inspired by Parker Palm Springs, and the property has the distinctive feeling of a private resort. Built in 1954, this home is the largest of the original Rancho Estates floor plans.

The property is located in a quiet interior location within the neighborhood and is elevated from the street for an enhanced sense of privacy. Enter through the property’s playful pink gate and you are greeted by a private courtyard with outdoor dining and entertainment areas, complete with firepit. The thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces continue around the house to another seating and entertainment section at the back, located adjacent to a sparkling pool and spa with lounge area.

The interior is equally captivating and features an expansive open kitchen with marble countertops, a 15’ island with breakfast bar, custom kitchen cabinets, and designer lighting. Clerestory windows along with original Cliff May designed windows and doors flood the home with natural light, while white concrete floors enhance the open, airy ambiance throughout.

A fully owned Solar Roof with a 25-year warranty was installed in 2021, and the property has two power walls that store generated solar energy (allowing for electricity during rare power outages).

This mid-century modern gem delivers all the style and character of a Palm Springs hideaway, yet benefits from the temperate coastal climate, cooled by ocean breezes drifting inland from the nearby coastline. The property is now for sale, listed by Doug Kramer and Rochelle Kramer of the Rancho Style l SoCal Modern team. Call us at 949-922-2291 for more details or to schedule a showing.
