Can I tell you something that surprised me? I sent over 365 handwritten notes in a year. What came back to me was something I never expected — and honestly, the only word for it is magical.
Friendships I thought had faded were reignited. Relationships I already cherished deepened. Connections I never saw coming began.
I don’t write every single day anymore. But I never stopped. Because once you feel what a handwritten note can do — for someone else and for yourself — you just can’t unfeel it.
If you’ve been meaning to reach out to someone, this is your sign. You don’t need the perfect card. You just need to start.
Who comes to mind right now? Drop their name below. 👇
Save this for the next time you need a nudge to pick up a pen. by @socialbutterflydesigns

💌 It was an honor to be featured in the latest issue of Torrance Memorial’s Pulse Magazine focusing on the mental health benefits of spreading kindness through handwritten notes. I’m resharing this post from @torrancememorial about my experience with a link to the full article available there and on my bio. This truly was such an incredibly rewarding full circle experience for both me and those I wrote to so I’m proud to be able to share it here . #lifessecretweapon #writemorenotes #letterwriting #letterwriter #snailmail by @socialbutterflydesigns
