Now vs June 🤍

Not just glute growth — my whole lower body has changed.

Stronger quads, fuller hamstrings, more shape and more strength.

What’s helped me get here?
Heavy leg & glute training.
Two lower body sessions a week.
Resting properly.
Eating enough.
And yes — creatine has genuinely helped me too.

Nothing extreme. Just consistency, enough food, proper recovery and getting stronger over time.

I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come and how hard I’ve worked for this.

Still building. Still learning. Still showing up. 🫶🏼 by @sofiaaahoglund

This version of me? My favorite so far 🤍 by @sofiaaahoglund

One thing I’ve learned along the way — you can’t build a stronger version of yourself without giving your body the fuel it needs 🤍
Training is part of the progress, but so is eating enough to support everything you’re working for ✨ by @sofiaaahoglund

Somewhere between raising them and finding myself, I became stronger 🤍

Not just physically, but in ways I never expected. I grew with them, learned more about who I am, and became a version of myself I’m genuinely proud of. by @sofiaaahoglund
