This is a piece I made for myself. I have found it’s beneficial for me to make things just because or else I get into a rut. Photo credit: @d3nnis.photo by @soft.boiled.glass

Let Me Free May 2026 Hot sculpted glass and found rope woven This piece comes from a study I did of the effects of pollution on elasmobranchs. Ghost fishing was found to be one of the biggest threats to species with long appendages such as whale sharks often leading to death. This piece allows you to walk underneath the net to show all sides of the entangled whale sharks. We Only Protect what we Know Hot sculpted glass, coldworked glass, flameworked glass, clay, sand, rocks Echidnas are such unique creatures that deserve for more people to know about their existence. The octopus thief! I made this based on a true story of an octopus trying to steal my shoe in Australia. I had so much help on this piece and I am so grateful for everyone who helped. #glass #glassblower #glassblowing #ocean #oceanlife #foundobjects #slumpedglass #octopus by @soft.boiled.glass
And the Ocean Takes Back What has Been Gifted to Her This was such a wonderful project to work on, though maybe cutting it a little close to the deadline. This piece is about the resilience of the ocean, and taking back strength. Thank you @lottie.ceramics.glass for helping me photograph this piece! #underwater #glass #glasscasting #foundobjects #lobster #maine by @soft.boiled.glass
