Just finished facilitating a very special @beautifulminds Mother & Daughter Retreat down on the Mornington Peninsula, surrounded by more than 50 incredible mums and their gorgeous girls 🤍

It’s hard to truly explain the power of a retreat until you experience one for yourself.

A space to pause
To slow down
To be present
To connect, grow and transform✨

I’m so passionate about this work and the opportunity to help shape the next generation of women.

Creating spaces where girls feel supported, empowered, connected and confident in who they are.

We shared:

✨ Workshops
✨ Sound healing
✨ Yoga
✨ Connection
✨ Art
✨ Movement
✨ Reflection
✨ And soooo much more

Watching mums and daughters laugh, open up, connect and create memories together was pretty special.

It was a privilege to be invited to facilitate a morning of somatic movement, Pilates and sound healing for the incredible practitioners and staff at @thedao as they celebrated 10 years of their business.

Holding space for a team of women so deeply committed to holistic health, healing and community was a true honour. Thank you for trusting me to be part of such a meaningful milestone @elizabethcullen.thedao 🩷💫🙏🏻 by @sol.and.moves

Sound & Somatic movement last night with a beautiful group of women @aamariwellness ✨

A chance to slow down, find stillness, and come home to themselves in a world that is so full of noise.

If you’d love to bring this experience to your studio, workplace, retreat, or private event, I’d love to hear from you.

I always love starting every sound healing session with some gentle somatic movement 💃🏼 it helps my clients drop out of their minds and into their bodies, ready to ground, release, and receive.

It also invites an opportunity to get out of your comfort zone 😝 which promotes self growth 💫
