A PERFECT SATURDAY MORNING IN UNION COUNTY // Let’s go, girls! Start the morning slow with coffee at @highoctane_co ☕. I love the hot matcha with honey and their outdoor seating! The owner, Ruthie, is an absolute gem - and I can’t wait for you to meet her! Grab a slice to go from @jamzmonroenc — order the Hilliana 🍕. I’ll be dreaming about this pizza forever! IDK what I loved more, the pizza or the incredible customer service/family owned vibes! Save this for your next Union County Saturday morning - and let me know your faves. by @soldbuyamanda
TIRED, BUT GRATEFUL// Some days, I get to the end of the day and think, “Whew. That was a lot.” And then I think about what filled it. Clients who trust me with their next chapter. A business I’ve worked hard to build. Time with people I love. The little everyday things that make this life mine. It’s easy to talk about how tired we are and forget to notice how much we love some of the reasons why. This week, take a moment to think about what’s filling your days. Somewhere between the appointments, errands, work, and family plans might be something you once couldn’t wait to have. Want a little encouragement in your inbox each week? HOW DID WE GET HERE?// We used to drop it low. Now we’re checking the baseboards. 😂 Same song, very different priorities. Suddenly I have questions about the window seals and who’s patching the drywall. Anyone else in their “let’s get an estimate” era? GIVE YOURSELF SOME CREDIT// Yes, I will write down something I already did just to cross it off. We’re counting that one, too. It’s easy to get to the end of the day, look at everything still on your list, and decide you didn’t do enough. But what about the things you didn’t plan for? The phone call that needed an extra twenty minutes. The problem you stopped to solve. The person who needed you when your calendar was already full. Those things took time and energy, even if they weren’t part of the plan. So before you judge your day by what’s left, give yourself a little credit for what you actually did. Write it down. Cross it off. Enjoy your moment. Want a little encouragement in your inbox each week? Comment “COUNTMEIN” to join my weekly email list. SUNDAY SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT// Gratitude does not mean life is perfect. It means choosing to notice the good God has already placed in front of you. The answered prayers, the people who love you, the small moments of peace, the new morning, and even the strength to make it through a hard week are all worth recognizing. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “Give thanks in everything; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Today, take a moment to thank God for something simple. Sometimes a grateful heart helps us see that we have been more cared for than we realized. Happy Sunday, friends. 🤍 Amanda Evans Broker & REALTOR® Central Carolina Real Estate Group 770.653.7370 by @soldbuyamanda
YOUR NEXT CHAPTER// A place of your own might be closer than you think. This light-filled Peachland home has an open layout, one-level living, and a front porch just waiting for your favorite chair. Inside, you’ll find quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and a private owner’s suite. There’s a patio out back, too. It may also be eligible for 100% financing for approved buyers. If the down payment has been holding you back, let’s talk about what that could mean for you. 2 beds | 2 baths | $275,000 43 Cobbler Dr #45, Peachland, NC DM me “43” to schedule a tour. THIS IS HOME// Saturday pancakes. Bikes left in the driveway. Friends who come through the side door without knocking. A table that always seems to fit one more person. When you think about home, those are probably the things that come to mind. You might forget the square footage, but you’ll remember where the Christmas tree stood. Where everyone gathered after dinner. How the dog knew the sound of your car pulling in. That’s why I want to hear about more than your bedroom count and budget. I want to know who’s coming over, how you spend your weekends, and what you hope to have a little more room for. The details of buying a house matter. So does the life you’re going to live in it. If you’re thinking about a move, let’s find a place where you can picture your everyday moments happening. 🤍 Amanda Evans Broker & REALTOR® Central Carolina Real Estate Group 770.653.7370 by @soldbuyamanda
A LITTLE PERSPECTIVE// I spend a lot of time talking about what people want in their next home. More space, a different layout, a kitchen they don’t have to touch. Those things matter. But I also think there’s something worth remembering about the home you’re in right now. That room you wish were bigger is where everyone ends up gathering. The table you’ve been meaning to replace has a lot of birthdays behind it. And an unfinished project doesn’t keep an ordinary Tuesday from becoming a good memory. You can want something different and still appreciate what’s here. Amanda Evans Broker & REALTOR® Central Carolina Real Estate Group 770.653.7370 by @soldbuyamanda
RURAL LISTINGS// “Turn left where the old store used to be. Pass the cows. If you hit the church, you’ve gone too far.” And somehow, “the old store” closed in 1998 and everybody still knows exactly where it is. Who else gives directions like this?
