We know what we have. by @soldby_drew

The beauty of owning land in Long Bay? Getting to design a life around the things you love.

Where does the pool go? Do you get a golf cart? Go solar? Build for family, rental income, or both? And how much of your day can you reasonably spend at the beach?

With no HOA design restrictions, there’s plenty of freedom to make it your own, subject to planning approval.

Swipe through. These are the decisions you’ll actually enjoy making. by @soldby_drew

You had to be there. And if you were, you know exactly what I'm talking about. by @soldby_drew

Out of office.

A week at B2-209, Northwest Point Resort, with the phone left in a drawer. A sunrise over the sea instead of the morning scroll. A boardwalk through the dunes instead of the commute. Turtles, rays and conch instead of the feed. And a beach you will mostly have to yourself.

For the weeks you are back online: no rental pool, no revenue share and no limits on owner stays. Its own Vrbo listing is rated 9.8 out of 10 from 68 guest reviews.

Residence B2-209. Second floor, ocean facing, one bedroom, one bathroom, 778 sq ft. Sold turnkey and fully furnished. $460,000. by @soldby_drew

350 days of sunshine a year. You’d have to really love winter to argue with that.

Turks & Caicos has always been a pretty special place for sun lovers. That midday heat, the ocean breeze, the kind of blue skies that make you forget what month it is.

And while everyone back home is counting down the days until summer, you could be enjoying another afternoon by the water.

If you’ve been thinking about escaping the cold, perhaps it’s time to stop planning holidays and start thinking about owning a little piece of it.

There are some extraordinary villas here, and I’d love to help you find yours.

Let’s find you a place in the sun. Turks & Caicos is calling.

One of the things I love most about Villa Seacliff is how a home of this size can still feel so personal.

There’s room to bring everyone together, but just as importantly, plenty of places to get away from everyone for a while.

Little corners to enjoy a coffee, quiet terraces for an afternoon drink, and incredible ocean views that seem to follow you wherever you go.

It’s a big villa, no question. But it’s the way the spaces work together, and how everyone can find their own favourite spot, that makes it special.

Because the real luxury isn’t just having all that space. It’s being able to share it without ever feeling like you have to.
