MEET THE TEAM ☀️ Meet Laura! She’s a Sculpt and Flow powerhouse. With certifications in just about every format out there, she blends the best of yoga, strength and cardio into one class that meets you where you are and then takes you further. Her class isn’t easy, and that’s the point. Come see what you’re capable of in her sculpt classes! 💪 MEET THE TEAM ☀️ Meet Gini! If you’ve taken FLEX, you already know: Gini doesn’t just teach to the music, she teaches with it. Every rep lands on the beat, and before you know it you’ve made it through the whole playlist stronger than you walked in. Gini has yeas of teaching experience, and it shows in every class. Catch Gini in FLEX and find your rhythm. 💪 by @solshinewellness

Kym is a pioneer as a yoga and pilates instructor with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. Her style of teaching is a unique approach centered around the invigorating power that fitness offers the mind, body, and spirit. We are so also so excited to have her join our SOL Seeker Retreat March 2027 to lead our YTT group in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 more details coming soon! ⭐️ Join Kym on the mat Mondays for Core at 4:30 and a POWERFUL Empower Flow at 5:45 ☀️ by @solshinewellness
It’s not about Pilates (or hot mat or yoga sculpt) versus yoga, it’s all about Pilates AND yoga. Pilates can build strength and precision, but yoga is where the real work happens. The breath calms our nervous system, stillness can clear the mind, and the flow keeps us mobile long term. True wellness is mental and physical working together. 🧘🏼‍♀️ Come feel the difference. ☀️ by @solshinewellness
Announcing our 2026 Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training starting OCTOBER. ⭐️ You’ll leave certified to teach SCULPT with real confidence, not just knowing the moves, but knowing how to run a room. That means our full exercise bank, our signature cueing style, class sequencing, and the small details that turn a workout into an experience people pay for and keep coming back to. Interested? Send us a DM with your email and we’ll add you to the list. You’re not going to want to miss this. ☀️ by @solshinewellness
