✨ Energy work for animals 🐎🐾

Some of you already know, that over the last couple of years I’ve been slowly evolving my energy work to support animals… to provide energy healing and communication to facilitate healthier and happier relationships between animals and their guardians.

It’s just been the absolute joy and privilege of my life to be able to give something back to animals… who give so much to each of us, every day of their lives.

Due to increasing interest, I’ve now formalised this offering… So if this is something you’d like to hear more about from me, please have a look at my other page @jojoporter_energywork or have a gander at my website: www.healingfromtheheart.uk

Love to all,
Jx

✨ Retreat Magic ✨

Once a year, I have the greatest privilege of taking a group of very special souls away for a few days of elemental magic & recalibration as we make the shift from summer to autumn ☀️🍂

I am humbled by the open hearts and joyful souls of this group that came together to create an unforgettable circle of connection ✨

Grateful to call this my work and forever thankful to all those who choose to practice with me 🙏🏻

Special thanks to @terra.raiz for hosting us 🌳 by @soma_space

🐴 Friends I’ve been making lately…

Over the last few weeks I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with these incredible equines; some purely for communication ✨ and others for both energy work and a chat ❤️‍🩹

Some are first time connections and the last two are regular friends of mine…

All have been inspiring, unique, wise and so connected to their humans 💕 … and I have fallen a little bit in love with each and every one of them.

I’m so grateful to these horses and their humans for trusting me 🙏🏻

Back to earth, back on the mat and excited to see all you beautiful yogis & yoginis 🤗

I’m very blessed to teach at some incredible studios and to be a part of the special communities they’ve built… flick through to see where I’ll be and when.

Can’t wait to see you 😘

Happy International Yoga Day 🧘‍♀️✨

Taking a moment to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with myself. Yoga isn’t just about flexibility, it’s about balance, mindfulness, and finding peace within. Here’s to a healthier body, a calmer mind, and a stronger spirit.
