The first picture is what every Monday evening looks like in November. You can join me for the Monday Reset sound bath on the 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th this month in The Miracles Room in Glastonbury from 7pm.

On Saturday 14th November, I am holding my monthly special session that is just for women. Join me in the same lovely space in Glastonbury, for a morning of Somatic exercises, followed by an immersive sound bath. The combination of gentle movement and deep, meditative sounds is magic for releasing tension and stress ✨

Book on to these via my website or message me for a link 💛💛

There is nothing I love more than a bit of spontaneous fun, especially when @itsclaudiabalazs is involved 💛

We spent the evening @wild.plunge and got to enjoy the sauna, plunge baths and then a sound bath - what a treat! Thank you Wild Plunge, can’t wait to come back 🙏🏻 by @somatics_and_sound

Please read that again and let it sink in 🥹🫶

Running around the house with baseball bats dressed as ghosts with @somatics_and_sound was just what I needed to get through this crazy week 👀👻

Happy Halloween, gang! Stay weird👻🫶

I promise this is the last spooky-themed bit of content 💀

or is it? Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!

If you haven’t already heard the astrology report, I’m sure you’ve felt it. 🔮

We’ve had the full moon, 5 planets in retrograde, the clocks changing, and the veil thinning for Samhain.

And of course, this PMDD girly is deep in her luteal week. So let me tell you this activity was NEEDED! 🤣✨

Women especially, have been conditioned to see anger as ugly and something bad, but our rage is sacred, and the most productive thing you can do is feel it, move with it and release it!

So if you’re stuck on what to do with any surplus Halloween pumpkins this week, this your official sign to grab a pal and get smashing!

Tap follow and keep your eyes peeled. Somethings brewing for next spring, and this might be your first clue. 👀🤫

Nothing crazy to see here 👀

Just two friends dressed up as ghosts and spending the afternoon sat in the bath having some sound healing and burning sage! ✨🤣

Standard afternoon! 🤗

The best thing I learned since getting my ADHD diagnosis is that being too much is only ever a problem when you’re around people that were never enough!

Find your people girls 🤗✨🌙

Thank you @somatics_and_sound for matching my weirdness 😂

If I really think about why I became a sound healer it is because of how it made me feel.

I very simply wanted others to experience the same level of deep rest and healing that I had experienced. It has become more popular recently and rightly so, but when I first started this out 5 years ago not many people had heard of a sound bath.

Now, there are studies being done on the profound effects that sound has on the body at so many levels.

I believe in the power of sound so much that I have now created an accredited training course, and not only to train people in sound healing but to create a community of Somatic Sound Healers. To spread the magic far and wide.

Have you ever thought about becoming a sound healer? 2027 online and in person training dates are now open for registration.

I must be mad to be holding a virtual sound bath for you right at the beginning of Mercury Retrogade 😅

If the storm is keeping you in this weekend, you can join my online sound bath from 7pm on Saturday. All you need is some headphones and somewhere you won’t be disturbed…

Book on my website, comment or message me if you need a link 💛✨

You may have seen my stories a while back about this new wellness space that has recently opened in Middlezoy?

I’m excited to share that I will be bringing some classes and events here, that are now up on the timetable available to book.

I am offering weekly sound baths, somatic movement classes, mama & baby meditation sound sessions and special events… starting with the Samhain event on the 1st November - think witchy crafts, sisterhood, meditation & sound.

Head over to reignitemovement.co.uk to read all about it, see the timetable and book on.

There is so much going on here, reformer Pilates, yoga, fitness, breathwork, dance and more!

Yes, the dark moon is a great time to set intentions, but this one is happening while Venus is retrograde in Scorpio…

So before you do your 🌚 rituals, spells or intention setting, there is some work to do!

We all want balance and harmony in our relationships right? (Or maybe that’s just me with my Libra rising?!) But if we are abandoning ourselves, even in the small ways, the scales will tip. ⚖️

This is a great time to look at all the ways you abandon yourself to keep the peace.

Can you stay deeply rooted in your needs and still make space for someone else’s?

Before you write down your intentions or call in the life, love and abundance you want, do you truly believe you’re worthy of it? If there is even a smidge of hesitation, why not?

With this New Moon we have an opportunity to press the reset on how we relate with ourselves and others. ♎️
