🍻 A massive well done to Bob and the team! 👏

A fantastic achievement and a real credit to all the hard work, dedication and effort that goes on behind the scenes.

It’s great to see that commitment being recognised, and everyone involved should be very proud! 🍺

Cheers to the team and here’s to many more successes ahead! 🙌🥂 by @sonninggolfclub

Trying out my dual filming method ⛳️🎥

Full shots from behind with the ball tracer, then POV glasses on and around the greens.

Thinking of filming my casual rounds and new course playthroughs this way, and sticking to POV for competitions.

I quite like how unique this format is, but what do y’all think? 👇🏼 @sonninggolfclub

🌟 Inspiring young people through Rotary

On Monday evening, 24th August, members of the @wokinghamrotary joined fellow Rotarians from Loddon Vale, @rotarycluboflangleyandiver, Reading Maiden-Erlegh and @maidenheadbridgerotary for an inspiring evening @sonninggolfclub.

We heard from Leticia and Mariam, who shared their experiences of RYLA 2026, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards ( @rylathamesvalley ) and the impact the programme has had on them. Their enthusiasm and confidence were a wonderful reminder of the opportunities RYLA provides for young people to develop leadership skills, challenge themselves and make new connections.

RYLA is one of Rotary’s fantastic youth programmes for those aged 18–28, helping to build leadership, teamwork and personal confidence while creating lasting impact.

A big thank you to Leticia and Mariam for sharing their stories, and to everyone involved in making it such an enjoyable and thought-provoking evening.

Could RYLA 2027 be the opportunity for someone you know? DM us!

Club Championships - the most prestigious competition in the clubs calendar. Unfortunately I stunk the place up, so this video makes for quite a tough watch… unless you enjoy seeing pain and suffering. ⛳️ @sonninggolfclub

The T. Settle Cup is another one of our board comps @sonninggolfclub . Southern England has not seen rain for approximately 12 years now, and unfortunately I did not have my best stuff for this round. Still, a lovely day out and I will keep grinding to get my name on the clubhouse wall one day!! 💪🏼⛳️

The Founders Cup is one of our “majors” @sonninggolfclub , with the winner earning their name on the board inside the clubhouse for all to see! I had a solid round but a triple on the 1st was tough to recover from. I’m determined to get my name on that wall one day 🙏🏼 the grind continues 💪🏼⛳️

3 holes of @sonninggolfclub with the new @takomogolf 301 Combo irons! Some good, some bad, and one pretty impressive shot… just another day at the office! ⛳️
