Delighted to be featured in @forbes discussing this year’s Met Gala beauty trends and sharing my skincare insights on the importance of healthy, well-prepped skin behind every red carpet look. I loved contributing to this year’s beauty coverage, and a special thank you to @laiafarrangraves for the interview✨ Read the full article here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/laiafarrangraves/2026/05/05/3-met-gala-beauty-trends-that-dominated-the-2026-red-carpet/ by @sophiesmithskin
I’m 35 years old & here’s every treatment I regularly have done… HydraFacial (Monthly): I love how this keeps my skin clean, hydrated, and glowing every month. RF Microneedling (Face & Neck, 3 sessions/year): These treatments really help tighten my skin and smooth out fine lines on my face and neck. Microneedling with Exosomes (Quarterly): I notice my skin looks fresher and more even because it boosts repair and renewal. Skin Vive (1 session/year): This gives my skin a big refresh and leaves it looking healthier and more radiant. Polynucleotides (Every 6 months, 3 sessions/year): I feel like my skin is firmer, more hydrated, and just overall stronger after these sessions. Photorejuvenation (IPL 3-4 sessions/year): This targets any pigmentation and broken capillaries I have while promoting a more even skin tone. Fractional Laser (2 sessions/year): This helps me smooth out scars, pigmentation, and fine lines while giving my skin a boost of collagen. Anti-Wrinkle Injections (Every 3 months, 4 sessions/year): These keep my expression lines soft and help me look more refreshed and relaxed. Profhilo (2 sessions/year): I love how it deeply hydrates my skin and makes it feel bouncier and more youthful. by @sophiesmithskin
Real skin, real stories ✨ Thank you @glamouruk for including me in this feature talking all things rosacea and the products and treatments that actually help. Here’s to embracing the journey, flare-ups and all, and reminding anyone struggling that you’re absolutely not alone. by @sophiesmithskin
A morning of pure indulgence at the @valmontcosmetics Skin Masterclass at The Savoy. Beautiful surroundings, the art of skincare and a touch of luxury. If only every morning could look a little something like this. Thank you for having me @circlepr 🤍 by @sophiesmithskin

As founders you know that building a brand is about more than the products. It’s about the people, the vision, and the community behind it. An inspiring evening at the recent @obagiuk Ambassadors Event in London, surrounded by like-minded individuals who share a passion for skincare, innovation, and empowering others through skin health. Grateful to be in rooms that inspire growth, meaningful connections, and new possibilities. Here’s to continuing to learn, connect, and build something meaningful #oanevent2026 @obagimedical by @sophiesmithskin
Honoured to be featured in @forbes discussing the K-Beauty trends redefining the future of luxury skincare. K-Beauty is so much more than a passing trend. It is helping to shape the future of aesthetics through innovation, advanced formulations, regenerative science and a growing focus on evidence-led, personalised care. I was delighted to share my perspective on how we’re seeing this shift reflected in clinic, from patients becoming increasingly curious about ingredients such as PDRN, exosomes, peptides and polynucleotides, to the growing demand for treatments that deliver natural, long-term results. For me, the most important part of this evolution is education: helping patients navigate an increasingly crowded beauty landscape and understand the difference between genuine innovation and what simply goes viral. A huge thank you to @laiafarrangraves and Forbes for including me in this conversation. by @sophiesmithskin
A little pink, a lot of collagen 💗✨ A beautiful supper club with two of my favourite brands, @zooki x @kiehlsuki. Good food, gorgeous company and all things skin. Celebrating collagen from the inside out. My kind of night 🫶 by @sophiesmithskin
15 years in the industry has taught me one thing… It’s not just about your face! Your body deserves just as much attention when it comes to looking after yourself, ageing well and investing in your overall appearance. So, if you’re already investing in your skincare, don’t forget your body! Here’s what I’d actually invest in and why. Save for your next haul! by @sophiesmithskin
