Our Soul girls are all smiles and ready to hit the competition carpet this weekend!

After days of hard work, dedication and preparation alongside their coaches, it’s time to show what they’ve been working on!

Wishing our beautiful Soul gymnasts the very best of luck!
Believe in yourselves, trust your training and enjoy every moment on the carpet!

We’re already so proud of you! 🤍 by @soul_gymnastics

It’s competition preparation mode at Soul! by @soul_gymnastics

The nerves are real. The pressure is building.
The moments you don’t see on the competition carpet… by @soul_gymnastics

Our coaches are more than mentors,
they’re the strength behind every gymnast’s confidence, the calm before every performance, and the hearts that believe in them every step of the way. @paulina.krrr #soulfamily 💚💗🖤 by @soul_gymnastics

In those precious moments, a coach becomes so much more than someone who teaches gymnastics.

She’s the calm before the performance. The reassurance behind the confidence. The voice that reminds her, “You are ready. Trust yourself.”

Because after all the hours of training, corrections, challenges and achievements, there comes a moment when the coach has to let her gymnast step onto that carpet alone.

And all she can do is watch, believe, and hope her girl gives everything she has. 🥹

At Soul, our coaches don’t just prepare routines. They prepare the girls who perform them. 🤍 by @soul_gymnastics

They may be our youngest competition team, but their determination is already shining through! 🥹🤍
So proud of our little Soul girls and the progress they’re making.

Strong foundations today. Confident gymnasts tomorrow.

Training mode OFF. Competition mode ON. by @soul_gymnastics

From training mode to competition glam! 🤸‍♀️

Because let’s admit it… one of the most exciting parts of Rhythmic Gymnastics is putting on that beautiful sparkling leotard and feeling competition-ready!

Same girls. Same hard work. Just a little extra sparkle, confidence and attitude! by @soul_gymnastics

Today’s control training with our Elite Squad was all about refining routines, correcting mistakes, and preparing our girls to bring their very best to the competition floor.

To our Soul girls — remember every comment, every correction, and every piece of guidance from your coaches. Take it all with you into your next training session.

Trust your preparation. Believe in yourselves. And most importantly, pour your SOUL into every routine. ❤️

We want to see more than beautiful elements and clean technique. We want to see your confidence, your expression, your determination, and the passion behind every movement.

Make every second on that carpet count. by @soul_gymnastics
