A love letter A case study A little mermaid church origin story, apparently Hayley has been inside The Soul Seeker Society since the beginning, and when she sent me her handwritten testimonial, I had one of those quiet, teary, hand-on-heart moments of... This. This is why. Because what she reflected back was not just “I learned tarot” or “I liked the community” It was deeper than that It was self-trust Joy Hope Being mirrored back to herself Moving through life changes without losing herself completely And realising that caring for herself was not selfish It was self-full That is the heart of The Soul Seeker Society Yes, we work with astrology, tarot, moon circles, embodiment, journaling, soul journeys, seasonal living and intuitive guidance But underneath all of that, this is a space where you learn to stop outsourcing your life To come back to your own knowing To give from overflow To let joy matter To build a life that actually feels like yours The Soul Seeker Society is open now 💙 Come for the magic Stay because you start trusting yourself again by @soulseekersociety_

I think, somewhere along the way, this became my methodology for living. Which feels incredibly on brand for a Libra Midheaven with my Sun AND Venus tucked away in the 8th house 😂 I have always had this strange intimacy with both ends of being human. the beauty and the brutality the grief and the pleasure the endings and the becoming the underworld and the absolute fucking DELIGHT of being earthside Knowing how quickly life can change has made me hungry for the experience of actually being here. I want to be moved by my life. To notice the feather my sun picked up for me. The spring rain on my skin. Coffee around my aunt’s kitchen table. Sparkling water begging to be swum in. I want to make ceremony out of Tuesdays. My Libra Midheaven wants to make a life of beauty. My 8th house placements know how exquisite that beauty becomes when you understand that nothing stays exactly as it is forever. And somewhere between the two lives so much of what I teach. Presence. Aliveness. Finding the sacred hiding inside the ordinary. It’s also why I created @soulseekersociety_ I wanted somewhere we could practice this together. And one of my favourite things I’ve watched happen is that the longer people are in the Society, the more they fall in love with their lives. They notice more. Create more. Trust themselves more. Follow the little nudges. Make room for pleasure and play and beauty. Become more available for their own aliveness. THAT is the whole fucking point for me. I don’t want astrology to become another thing you know heaps about. I want it to deepen your experience of being alive. I want you looking at the moon, noticing your season, swimming, making things, following curiosity, texting the friend, crying because the sunset is ridiculous… and realising in the middle of an otherwise completely ordinary Wednesday: fuck, I really love my life. That’s @soulseekersociety_ a village devoted to being here for the whole damn thing 💙 Come live seasonally with us. Comment SOCIETY and I’ll send you the details 🌸⚖️ by @soulseekersociety_
5 things to do on the Spring Equinox to welcome more LIFE into your life 🌸⚖️ Libra season begins here in the Southern Hemisphere with a delicious question… what do I want MORE of? More beauty? Pleasure? Creativity? Intimacy? Connection? More moments where you think fuck, I love my life? Then give yourself a little taste of it today. 1. Add beauty 🌸 Flowers on the table. Fresh sheets. Wear the outfit. Use the fancy glasses. Make your everyday surroundings somewhere you enjoy being. 2. Take life outside ☀️ Coffee. Dinner. Your book. Your body 😂 Eat under the sky. Get barefoot. Swim before sunset. Let your body notice the season changing. 3. Create something 🎨 Write badly. Paint something weird. Cook something unnecessarily delicious. Dance around the kitchen. Make something simply because you want it to exist. 4. Make room for love 💋 Invite the friend. Send the voice note. Kiss your lover longer. Have sex. Eat together. Linger around the table. Let connection take up some fucking space. 5. Live a tiny piece of what you want MORE of 🌱 More adventure? Go somewhere new. More community? Invite someone over. More romance? Create some. More pleasure? Follow what feels delicious. Ask yourself… what would make me glad to be living my life today? Then go towards that. And if you want a village to practise living this way alongside, come join us inside @soulseekersociety_ 💙 Comment SOCIETY and I’ll send you the details 🌸 by @soulseekersociety_
Six-year-olds really do know how to live 🥹🎨 Two spare minutes? Create something Colour Write Dance Make Follow the little spark while it’s there There’s something that happens when we make something simply because we felt called to make it. Energy moves. Something wakes up. We become participants in our lives rather than simply moving through them. Creativity is deeply L ife-giving. Every tiny act of creation feeds your aliveness, your curiosity, your pleasure, your sense of wonder. It gives our creative life-force somewhere to move, somewhere to breathe, somewhere to become something tangible in the world. And the more we let that life-force move through us, the more alive we get to feel. So I’m taking the lesson from my six-year-old… when the little pocket of time appears, make something with it. And if you’re in a season of wanting to feed that creative life-force, every fortnight inside Soul Seeker Society we gather for our two-hour Creative Connection Circles, slowly moving through The Artist’s Way, creating alongside each other and giving that part of ourselves somewhere to come alive. Six-year-olds really do know how to live. 💙 by @soulseekersociety_
One of the juiciest invitations in this week’s astrology is noticing what happens when you stop being the person who can be relied on for absolutely everything Black Moon Lilith moving into Capricorn invites us into our relationship with capability with responsibility with the part of us that automatically steps forward, takes charge, remembers the thing, fixes the problem, holds the standard, keeps everybody moving. Because being “the capable one” can become part of your self-concept. she is reliable useful impressive the person people trust the one who keeps the wheels turning when everyone else is horizontal 😂 And there can be a tiny identity wobble when you start asking... Who am I if I’m not constantly proving that? Who am I if somebody else remembers the thing? If somebody else solves the problem? If I let the ball drop and discover the entire village does not, in fact, burst into flames? That’s the part I find juicy AFFFF Because receiving more support isn’t only logistical sometimes it asks you to become available for a completely different experience of yourself One where your value is not measured by how much you can hold. One where being loved and being useful are not the same thing. One where all that beautiful life force you’ve been using to hold everything together gets to go towards what actually makes you feel alive. This week’s astrology is opening that conversation BEAUtifully and inside Soul Seeker Society, we’re exploring Astrology as a way of getting curious about your body, your patterns, your relationships, your chart and the season of life you’re actually living. So all of that glorious capability can become something you get to use... rather than something that consumes all of your life force. Comment SOCIETY if you want to come inside 💙 by @soulseekersociety_
this week feels a little like we’re being lovingly called on our own bull 😂 because the astrology is making the gap a little easier to see… the gap between what we say we want what we say matters to us what we say our values are and how we’re actually living because integrity, to me, is not perfection. it’s congruence. it’s when your values, your words, your desires, your choices and your actions start speaking the same language. and when they’re not? that doesn’t mean shame yourself into changing everything overnight. it means get curious. where is my life not quite matching what I already know to be true? and what is one choice that could bring me a little closer? this is one of the big themes we’re moving through inside the Soul Seeker Society this week, from our Monday Weekly Pulse into Wednesday’s Creative Connection Circle: Recovering a Sense of Integrity. because the work is never just knowing more. it’s living what you know one choice at a time 💙 by @soulseekersociety_
this week’s astrology is asking a slightly inconvenient question… do you actually mean what you say? 😂 not in a shamey, prove-yourself, become-a-better-human-by-friday kind of way. more like… you say spaciousness matters does your calendar know that? you say creativity matters does it get any of your actual time? you say you want support are you letting anybody support you? you say that boundary matters does it still exist when somebody pushes against it? because there can be a biiiiig difference between knowing something… and living like you know it and that feels like the invitation of this week to notice the gap not judge it not immediately create a seventeen-step personal development plan for fixing it 😂 just get curious. where are your values, desires, words and choices speaking different languages right now? and what is ONE choice that could bring them a little closer together? Monday’s Mercury in Libra trine Uranus retrograde in Gemini opens the week with fresh perspective, curiosity and permission to question the assumptions we’ve been carrying as fact. so maybe the first thing to question is… am I actually living what I say matters to me? this little Moon Day sermon is pulled from today’s Weekly Pulse inside the Soul Seeker Society 💙 every Monday I’m live in there unpacking the astrology of the week, what it might actually feel like in your real life, the shadow + embodied expressions, and how to work with it without turning your birth chart into homework 😂 because I don’t really care about teaching you astrology just so you can know more astrology. I want you to LIVE it to let it give you language for what you’re already experiencing and then bring you back to yourself because integrity isn’t perfection sometimes it is simply letting your life become evidence of what you already know to be true… by @soulseekersociety_
I don’t want to be another person you outsource your knowing to. I don’t want you needing me to tell you what every feeling means, what every transit means, what choice to make, when to move, when to wait, what to believe. That has never been the point of my work. I want to give you language for what you are experiencing. Context for the season you are in. Practices that bring you back into your body. Questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. A village to be witnessed in while you work it out. And then I want you to trust yourself enough to do something with what you hear. That is what the @soulseekersociety_ is. Not astrology as information. Astrology as something you actually live. Not another place to consume more and more and more. A place to pause, integrate, notice, feel, choose, experiment, come back to yourself and keep building a life that feels more like yours. Your chart gives us context. The astrology gives us timing. Tarot gives us another mirror. But you are still the authority on your own life. Always. If that kind of space feels like what you have been looking for, comment SOCIETY and I’ll send you all the info to join us 💙 by @soulseekersociety_
I’ve been thinking a lot about how easy it is to become so devoted to the life we’re building that we forget to actually inhabit the one we’re in. And I say this as a woman who can turn a beautiful dream into a 47-step plan before she’s finished her morning coffee 😂 I bloody love having desires. I love the feeling of something calling me forward. I love the little thrill of knowing there is more life to be lived, more beauty to experience, more of myself to meet. But I also want to be the woman who can sit in her garden, eat something delicious, watch her child play, feel the sun on her face and think… ohhhh I love being here. I want to be able to receive the life I’ve already created while I’m creating the next one. And I think that’s one of the most beautiful things about living seasonally. We get to stop asking ourselves to be everything, everywhere, all at once. We get to have a focus. A rhythm. A little bit of structure to hold us while we follow the breadcrumbs of joy. Some seasons ask us to create. Some ask us to rest. Some ask us to have the conversation, tend to our bodies, deepen our relationships or finally make room for the thing we keep saying we want. And we get to have people alongside us while we do it. That’s what I love so much about the @thesoulseekersociety_ It’s this beautiful little online village where we can come with our questions, our tenderness, our big fucking dreams and our very human lives. Where we can borrow a little support, hear ourselves again and remember that we’re allowed to enjoy the process of becoming. The carousel has a little taste of what we’re exploring together this week, and the replay of today’s Weekly Pulse is already waiting for you inside. If you’ve been craving more of this in your life, I would bloody love to have you with us. $12 a week. Come to what nourishes you. Take what you need. Comment SOCIETY and I’ll send you the details 💙 by @soulseekersociety_
It’s my birthdayyyyy 🥳🎉 36 laps around this glorious Sun and, as is annual tradition, I am once again here to make my request for ALLLLLL THE BIRTHDAY LOVE 😜😘 if you’ve been here a while, you know the drill 🙈 I bloody love a public declaration of love Words of affirmation are one of my biggest love languages and my Pisces Moon heart would loooove to hear how you experience me 🥰 Tell me how I make you feel Tell me something I’ve said or done that has stayed with you Give me the strangely specific things that make you think of me Give me descriptive words for my essence Tell me your favourite things about me and WHY Tell me something you’re grateful for because I exist in your world Dedicate me a song that feels like my energy bottled into melody 🎶 Basically, I would like to be perceived in EXCRUCIATINGLY LOVING DETAIL Thank you 😂💙 and yes, I make some version of this post every single year Because I actually think there is something quite beautiful about telling the people who love us how we would love to be loved about asking for what would delight us about giving people the opportunity to pour into us in the ways we can really receive So perhaps my annual birthday thirst for affirmation can also be your annual reminder… you’re allowed to ask for what you desire too Birthday or otherwise my heart is WIDE open come love on meeeee 🥰💙 by @soulseekersociety_
